We were lucky to get the front room that comes with AC and big windows overlooking the quiet street. The bathrooms are pristine clean and the staff is very friendly and informative, happy to help out. Location is great too, within walking distance to all major sights in the downtown and good public transport options to key train and bus stations. Totally recommended!

For the price, this place is great. We stayed in the private room with private bathroom, and very much enjoyed it.

Nice staff, very good location, hot water in the shower (although they don't last long so in case you are a couple, ether do a very quick shower or wait till the water get warm again). Lots of stairs..

We really enjoyed this guesthouse in downtown Yangon. The facilities are pleasant, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing--spitting you out right in the middle of downtown city life, within reach of many things you might have wanted to come see anyway. Also, breakfast is actually good. What a relief!
Some rooms are on the 8th floor, and if you're not much for stairs that can be a drag. Even the lobby is on the 4th floor. So definitely not wheelchair accessible. We were on the 8th floor, and the floor is open to the outside, so it never really got quiet at night. But the views from there, and the atmosphere they give is pretty incredible!response / report this review -

Amazing hospitality and great service! This guesthouse is located in an ideal location, with lotsa food options, bars and local attractions nearby. It's also a short walk to the market.

Nice staff. Let us leave our baggage for few hours and offered showers and water. We did not even stay there overnight and got this superb service.

Top service provided. Was greeted with a cold beverage, no problem finding it. Great atmosphere and staff were very helpful in fulfilling my group of 6's needs.

Good cheap option in central location.
Rooms are clean, even if decor is a bit suspect
Be warned you have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the reception. If carrying heavy bags may be worth asking reception for some help.
We stayed in twin room with balcony overlooking the street below. Would recommend booking this if available.response / report this review -

Good place in an excellent location in Yangon. No elevator in the building and the reception is on the 3rd floor. Free breakfast from 7:30-10 which was pretty good and free juice on arrival.
