This hotel is on a great location in New Bagan, e-bike rental is beside the hotel for 4000 kyat a day, the beds are really Nice, big rooms and very good iisolated so IT stays quite cold in the room, friendly staff, and above everything great breakfast!! (And we could check in at 6 AM)!

Hot water takes a while but we have.there is a fridge and AC. Nothing to complain

Beautiful! Really beautiful garden. The staff were either friendly and non English speaking or English speaking and unfriendly. The rooms were lovely for sleeping in because they were dark, but to spend more time in during the day (if you were sick for example), was oppressive, but that was a specific circumstance. The area had many restaurants and just to the right a few buildings is a convenience store.

One of my worst Hostel experience i ever had. I reservated the day before on agoda and comment there as well that i will arrive in the night between 1-2. The hostel owner was sleeping on a bench when i woke him up he just said unpolite that there are no beds anymore and should sleep on the bench even i paid with Credit Card. He did not even bother to give me a blancket or something else. Next morning it took me like 2 hourse to get my money back for the night i slept on the bench.
Rooms:
Shared room are just matraces on the floor like having a sleepover party. The shower for 15 people was dirty and water was standing there for hours after showering.

Don't try to safe money with this hostel!

Worst hotel ever. Made up a price, then they changed their mind. They harassed me and put insects in my breakfast. I left instantly. Horrible experience. Really really bad!

The room was good, and great breakfast. The reason why I give them 3 stars is mainly because the staff. The staff was the worst we have found so far. They didn't help us calling a doctor nor arranging bus for us (something that even other hotel does because the language barrier is big).

Also you don't expect touting in your hotel and the youngest staff did it very aggressively.

Really cool hotel and I would absolutely stay here again, but never again in the dorms (disgusting bathroom, very loud because on the st and right above lobby). Private rooms are great. Loved the charming bubbly group of young women who run the place. Decent english. Not good for light sleepers. Young atmosphere. Filling breakfast!! I'd often not need to eat again until just before sunset, which helps save $$ and allow more time for getting lost in temples! Overall great charm and very welcoming/spacious.

For the price (approx 14USD Double Room per night) this was one of the best Hotels we stayed at in all of Myanmar.

Fantastic breakfasts, friendly staff, huge rooms, quiet location, central location, nice lobby, FREE water fill station (awesome plastic-free initiative), beautiful grounds/gardens/pond, fair prices.

The cons: Wifi is pretty much useless. Several times we were told the air-conditioner would be serviced in our room and no one ever came. (No remote, and it had a mind of its own).

I would recommend that instead of installing new TV's everywhere, people would be more interested in having faster, more effective Wifi on site.

Nice place. We'd definitely stay again.
