As part of an Exodus Travel trip to Myanmar, we stayed at this hotel. This hotel is an absolute dump! While we understand that the standard of hotels is lower in Myanmar and that the charm of this particular hotel is older, this hotel is filthy. It can be old but there is no excuse for not cleaning the place. The staff are rude and damaged my luggage by dragging it on the rough outside floor. The bathroom is filthy with soap scum and hair everywhere. The ceiling had black mold. One bed had brown spots on the sheets. The toilet flush handle broke off and we had no faith that it will be fixed during our stay. There is no staff around at night. That means anyone can party in the pool area and be as loud as possible without anyone to tell them to keep it down. There were people diving into the pool drunk, what if something happens? Nobody will be there to help at night. The noise went on until 2 am despite us asking to keep it down. We have spent the other two nights in another hotel around the corner, Zfreeti, which was an absolute pleasure in contrast.

Hotel is locked at the center of main places, pagodas, restaurants etc.

Stuff are helpful and free breakfast.

Only stayed one night. Good position, opposite several good restaurants, extremely friendly helpful staff they organised a taxi for me to go out for a few hours, breakfast was sufficient, room was comfortable clean and tidy but the bath was in need of either a good clean or replacing and the TV didn't work but the air conditioner did which was the most important out of the two. I would happily stay there again on my next trip to Southern Chin State.

Clean basic room with hot water. Bit more expensive then the value but it is hard to find cheap accommodations in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful, quick laundry service on site. Breakfast on the top floor was really good! Use caution when renting their e-bikes. We got one at 5am and they told us it will last all day. almost had to walk it back the battery was so low and SLOW. They swapped it out for a new one that they said was full.. but again it was half. No money back, so we rented from another business the next day. 4 star for the hotel 1 star for ebike rentals.

Very good location un Nyaung-U, close to the street with all restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and comfortable with large windows.
They offer bike rental services which I would not recommend as they are quite old; all of our bikes had brake problems, even after changing them and on 2 occasions they ran out of battery although it said fully charged, which is not very convenient when you are trying to go see the sunrise.

Nice location at the end of the backpackers street that's lined with restaurants and a short ride to the beautiful pagodas of Bagan. Free wifi is nice, though there's a good chance you won't get far using it. Rooms are clean and there's free breakfast on the roof.
