Thazin Garden Hotel is definitely one of my favorites. They may have a tad difficulty in expressing theirselves in another language but their hospitality, helpfulness and efficiency have earned my trust in them. I emailed and asked them to pick me and friend up at the old bagan bus station at 6:30am. Mr. Thun picked us up on time. Checking-in was absolutely smooth.
Room given to us was just what I exactly asked for--clean, comfortable, rustic feel, majestic (i will be making a vlog about this hotel because really they were really great to us). Breakfast starts at 6and and ends at 9am. Everyday, they serve new set of dishes-- must try food is the "coconut chicken noodle."
The pool is clean. However since there is a small temple within the land area of hotel, they have a certain rule about facing the temple when in swimwear.
1. Do not lie down with swimming suit infront of Pagoda
2. No pointing at feet to the Pagoda
The hotel arranged our tour for two days. You can manipulate the itinerary. Rest assured, the charge is right.

Romantische Lage im Garten, inmitten alter Pagoden. Äusserst aufmerksame Bedienung und gutes Essen. Schöner Pool unter blühenden Bouganvillea.

Enclavado en un lugar muy tranquilo y sin ruido, salvo por los empleados que por las mañanas temprano, cuando están limpiando los jardines hablan en voz alta. El hotel es muy lindo y el desayuno muy simple

Very comfortable, pleasant staff, nice pool area and grounds. This is a nice quiet, secluded hotel that is a short walk to to a busy area with restaurants, shops and scooter and bike rentals.
