It will be hard to find a better view of the Shwedagon pagoda in Yangon, especially in the evening. Accompanied by a good selection of wine and tapas, there's no better place to spend your weekends. Additionally service is great.

Nice rooftop with Shwedagon pagoda views, hidden on an office building somewhere in Yangon. German beer from tin can, and small bites for snack only. If you want eat, it will be brought from the German restaurant downstairs, and you will have to pay on spot. Prices above average - and you will have to book in advance if you want specific lounge style table

Very nice view, open awesome music to relax and great place to chill with friends and colleagues. They serve great cocktails and snacks. Backlit menu book style stand out from other shops and make us easy to read at night.
Since it is classy place, price is a bit higher.

Very pretty bar at the top of Yangon.

Really a fantastic roof top bar for having a Friday evening beers with friends or colleagues. You can see the amazing view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. In my point of view, this place is only good for drinks as they do not have many selection for dinner except tapas. Pricewise it is a little bit expensive. Manager and waiters will welcome you speaking in English! Not sure the manager is Burmese or foreigner (more look like a Burmese guy). He greets me in English when I walk up the stairs even I greet him first in burmese. It means lots of foreigners comes to this place I guess. Anyway, recommended !

What distinguishes Atlas from other Yangon sky bars is its spectacular view of both the San Chaung skyline and the distant Shwedagon Pagoda. As such there are views on offer for each direction.

A DJ was playing in this open top bar (located 12 floors in the air!). The music was good, not overpowering, the ambiance was nice and chilled out. The staff were fairly prompt in making my beer.

However, there were no high stool seats at the bar for the lone patrons. As such, it excludes people who want to go for a quiet drink by themselves. The arrangement of the bar is such is that it caters to large groups - not necessarily a bad thing but large groups are only part of the consumer market.

Also, there is little intimacy between tables as the bar is quite open visually.

All in all, a good bar to start off a night out in San Chaung but it loses its wow factor after a couple of rounds.

One of the best views in Yangon, the music was perfectly chosen to fit the chill ambience that was present. Drinks were reasonably priced for the view and atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic view of Shwedagon Pagoda from here. Perfect to come here for a sunset and enjoy drinks with colleagues or friends. Menu isn’t very lavish but decent. Vegetarians have a couple of items for choice.

nice rooftop bar that gets you away from the traffic of Yangon. nice views and a comfortable place for a drink and meeting with friends. if you are lucky there will also be a nice breeze to cool you while you enjoy a drink or two.

Very cool rooftop bar with occasional live music. Would be a spot worth checking out in New York or London, and here the drinks are a lot cheaper! Reservations encouraged when they have live music; tables fill up fast.

Great place with a great view.. opens at 5:30pm.. So you can catch the sunset as well.. gets a good crowd a little later.. usually pretty full by night.. has a nice vibe.. limited beer and snacks menu though.. the only area of improvement..

Good view no doubt! Menu was under review so could not check it out had to rely on the staff, very helpful and polite kept on forgetting my orders and had delays (or just not my day!). Atlas should reconsider replacing the speakers strategically for open air live band play or the voice cracks! Pricing strategy needs revision. Come in group to enjoy and get a reservation beforehand to enjoy.
