One of bagan acient pagoda
Wenig besuchte Pagode, mit überraschend gut erhaltenen jahrhundertealten Wandmalereien. Der Zugang ist einfach, und da er nicht sehr bekannt ist, ein echter Geheimtipp! Mich jedenfalls hat er sehr beeindruckt.

An early Bagan temple with Sinhalese influence, implied the home land of King Kyanzittha's wife when he's fleeing his brother, King Sawlu. The panoramic view depicted Nagayone or Husband Temple (King Kyansittha) and Apeyadana of Wife Temple, just across the road.

Seemed to have the least-disturbed and oldest/most-authentic wall paintings of any temple we saw in Bagan. And almost no one was there. It's one of those places you're really afraid will be accidentally destroyed because no one appears to looking after it properly, and, like so many things in Bagan, that's a shame because it's a treasure-piece for all humanity.
