Went to their Tennis Club Restaurant. Real disappointment. Arrived there around 11am. The restaurant and the terrace were almost empty - not busy at all. Our server was a young guy (blond hair) but I don't know his name since he never introduced himself. Ordered couple of beers. He brought the beer and disappeared. Then I went inside the restaurant to order dessert myself since our server never came back. I ordered the desserts and 20 min later a different server came (older guy) and said "you ordered desserts right? I need to know because your server is not here anymore so I need to know since I will take over your table". Then 40 min later the desserts were not here yet so I asked our new server if it was about to be ready and he went to check but never came back to let us know. I got frustrated by the lack of service and 10 min later (50 min since ordered) I cancelled the desserts. Paid for the beer and left.
Real disappointment from the servers that absolutely didn't care on a not busy day.response / report this review -

It's worthy for it's name. A really great hotel and in my opinion one of the best in Macedonia. We had our wedding celebration there and we are very happy about our choice.

It is one of the biggest hotels in Macedonia. I has got tennis fields outside.
They also have a big tent outside that can be used for all sorts of occasions.response / report this review
