There's free WiFi in the bakery at the arrival hall. Sit down use your computer is hassle free. Fairly comfortable chairs in A ok quantity in the front hall and gates area. However poor options of getting something to eat!

Nice, New, small and very convenient. I did not encounter any problems with the airport staff or facilities. I love the airport lounge. They have nice wines.

Airport is quite new, nice and clean. Toilets in departure lobby need some cleaning in ladies, as my girlfriend said with rolls of paper towels from non functioning device. Good tip is to have electricity plugs to charge your phone once you wait for your airplane.

Need lots of improvements i efficiency, customer relationship, food prices, more restaurants, hotels. needs more cleaning in waiting area at the gatesmore ports for electrical appliances..expensive food..staff need more mannersdisorganized staff, arrogant service, complex of a small nation.. I give only 2 stars because of Wizz Air, freat company and New facility..

The airport is relatively small and it never comes to long waiting lines. Check-in desks could be more customers-oriented and try to handle passengers with more smiles. Custom officers at the 1st floor are rather interested in their own cellphones than in checking passengers in and out of the country,their attitude is highly disrespectful and conveys a very bad image of the country.

Atrocious and incompetent people work here. Personal at boarding pass check is the worst they think they are airline employees and won't let you through in case you have more than on bag with you, nobody there speak any English and professional attitude is incredibly low.
Terminal building is new clean warm and nice. There are few cafes and duty free shops and a Burger King. WiFi is slow though. I wanted to give a solid four stars but Turkish who manage this airport should consider to hire better staff. Wouldn't advice to plan a stopover at this place.response / report this review -

The information desk lady was very rude. I've never seen somebody rude like her before. I left my card in ATM, and the lost property office said I had to contact information desk because they got bank contact info. I tried to explain the situation and ask help but the lady in the information desk even didn't listen to me. She just kept shouting "NO! NO! NO! I DON'T KNOW." I had to give up asking more help. As I'm travelling, I got in big trouble now. The most horrible airport experience.

I travel from here preatty often since Skopje is my hometown and I am really suprised by most of the comments.I think people are badly uninformed. First of all,is One of the few airports in Europe to have WiFi is called Telecom and doesnt require registration. Second,you dont need to print your ticket I dont print it ever. Food is expensive but the duty free is preatty good with good discounts for cosmetics.I give One star less only coz I am annoyed that everything is trilingual and the lady on the speaker phone repeats verything in Albanian as well which is annoying.Call me a racist but the official languagge in Macedonia is Macedonian and not Albanian so It will be great if everything is written in macedonian+english.

Unfriendly staff, only one "restaurant", payment in euro not possible (for food and parking), expensive parking and food & coffee. One of the worst airports I've been so far

This is a good but unfortunately not great airport. It gets some things really right, such as good quality free Wi-Fi that isn't time limited. You need to reconnect every 30 minutes, but there's no total limit. There's also a great value bus to and from the city. However, there is a small annoyance in that check-in is required, even if you're only travelling with cabin luggage. I've not experienced that at any other airport. Finally, there is little competition in terms of restaurants. This naturally leads to more costly than normal (even for airports) food and drink costs. However, the toilets are clean here, SIM cards are sold and it was overall a pleasant experience for me.

TL;DR: Forks are prohibited on Skopje airport but they don't say it anywhere. Even travelling forks.
I met a rather unpleasant guy at security who took my travelling spork with reason forks are prohibited items (not listed as such). After a lot of effort he called the boss (for a while, he was uninterested and said boss is not here, he doesn't know when he comes and he ignored my insist to call him). Once the boss arrived, it turns out that the spork had already been put to a locked thrash container which cannot be opened. So I lost it for good. The irony is you can get much sharper and more solid fork in a cafe after security. This didn't help as a reason at all.response / report this review -

At both arrival and departure I have not noticed any of problems people here are describing. Toilets are clean, only paper baskets were not emptied when I was in, which doesn't make it dirty. Employees were very friendly, helpful and kind, young ladies working in kiosk gave me their wifi password since I couldn't log in to hot spot, police were kind and wished me nice stay in Macedonia and safe flight home, waiter in the restaurant sent me to the kiosk to buy drink, since there were 0.5 l bottles for less money than in his bar, so I really don't understand why people have such "bad experience". Or are they making it up so they can spit on other nations, for fun or any other reason?

The worst airport in the world. First of all the staff are very rude and not professional on their job. The restrooms are disaster. They take stuff from your luggage like they own your stuff.

Hiya,
Yesterday I was flying back to London from skopje!
Extremely disappointed with the staff members of this aeroport .They are rude ,arrogant and quite aggressive !did not get a smile from any of them .
And as we were waiting to board ,the blonde lady at the gate 202 was so rude and then without saying excuse me or explains what she wanted to do she pushed me so hard so she can open the door ,unbelievabale how rude and no manners .
I didn't thing I will ever fly from this aeroport ,and I do except an apology form the aeroport for mistreating me so badly.response / report this review
