Nice experience, the hotel is really good and the location is excellent. If you want to have a quiet vacation this is a good place to do it. The beach is one of the most quiet beaches in the island. It has a really nice view and services are fine. We could enjoy really nice dinners in the different restaurants that the hotel has. If you could visit the spa is a really nice experience as well.

I spent two weeks here with my wife. Our unforgettable stay was unfortunately ended by Hurricane Irma.
I am extremely grateful to the manager and staff of the hotel for their dedication and help. Thanks to them we survived those difficult days after the hurricane. They took care of about 200 guests in extremely difficult conditions, although many of these people were experiencing their own dramas.
I would like to have such collaborators. These people (as we presume) organized our evacuation by boat to Guadeloupe. Thanks to them, after two days we were safe there.
I can not express my gratitude.

    Thank you very much

Quiet, secluded beach area. Clean. Tasty cocktails and good food. But there is almost nothing to do in the evenings. Except for the Flamenco show, the evening shows were rubbish.

    Amazing people, amazing service.

They hire the most skilled bartenders, waiters and waitresses. Majority speak French, English and Spanish and always genuinely want you to have fun.

The resort is a decent size, with small activities such as basketball, beach volley ball, 4 different restaurants (1 resto is combined with 2 restaurants), a beach bar, pool bar and lively events at night, whether it be at the designated event spot or on the beach (depends on the day).

The price is most definitely worth the trip, so don't hesitate and come to your land of paradise.

Excellent Resort!! Freindly Staff. We stayed there for 4 days and it was one of the best resort stay thus far. We were greeted with drinks as we checked in. The rooms were clean and big, the bathtub was a little difficult to climb in and out of, but it was good. The pool and beach was clean and not over crowded. The staff comes around very often with drinks, lots of drinks. Be prepared to see Iguanas, they don't bite, but they are there.. There are 3 restuarants and a buffet. The Krystal restaurant is a fusion place with fancy looking food. Only restaurant that requires LONG pants to get in. The most important part of this stay was there was no one there haggling or trying to sell you a Timeshare

Great location, but the customer service is horrible, which unfortunately made our stay not as fun as it could have been. I would definitely go back to Anse Marcel again, but instead stay at the Anse Marcel Beach Resort which is everything you expect from a higher end resort. We unfortunately made the mistake of staying here.

First off, the island itself is amazing, and the location of the riu on the island is fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean and the air conditioning worked well.

That being said, I did have a few gripes with the food/service, and some of the amenities were not fully operational. The hot tub by the pool was never hot/the jets were not all working, and the fitness room's water cooler was empty.

Overall, I'd give the place something closer to a 3.5/5. St Martin is definitely worth visiting.

Excellent resort! Would have earned 5 stars offer they had better choices for room service. The staff is friendly and the food is really good. The rooms are amazing and the beach is to die for. They were understaffed but those who were there tried not to let it show.

Fellas bring you basketball shoes! The rooms where great and the food was above average. Room service should have warm plates and better cheese cake. But the service was great and I had a great time.

We just got back from spending 5 days there. We had a great time. Very relaxing and friendly place. St. Martin is a great island to visit. The only issue with the hotel was the the shower. You had to climb into a large tub with no safety bars. The food was excellent as we're the drinks.

The best Riu we have stayed at. Friendly place food was great. Did not care for the Krystal restaurant, too stuffy, I am a people person. The people all seemed to be full of themselves.

Its okay. Night entertainment is weak. And can get alot more bang for your buck elsewhere

Nice hotel but customer service is one day great the other lacking. It's amazing how far a simple 'sorry' goes. Generally good food, rooms. Beach is great and water is awesome. It's clear 'all inclusive's' is a new market for St. Martin.

Not the all inclusive you would think. Only 3 restaurants on property with a small selection and not open every night and limited seating. Bad service, no follow ups with refills or checking on the table during meal. You can only get 1 selection at the restaurants and must reserve a time at 630 each day. Liquor drinks are in 6oz. cups and require more time standing and getting drinks from the bar then you are enjoying the drink. Food is good. Rooms are nice but not over luxurious. Great beach views!! Not near nightlife, perfect for a quiet getaway.
