  got this hotel via a package from air transat in Canada with the flight. A good price for end of the season in april. Hotel very nice and small. Clean but some little paint on the main building could be a good upgrade. Maybe change the chairs in the breakfast area. Little beach and very close to market in Marigot. Walking ditance 5 or 10 minutes. Car rental directly at the hotel and activity desk

  what a pleasant surprise this hotel.. we stayed from feb 6 to the 13th 2016 and loved the oceanview room
  the clean and spacious kingsize bed with a duvet, the balcony over the beach and last but not least the location in marigot the French section of the island with its market the variety of restaurants and
  the supermarket all within a few minutes walk including sarafina the best French bakery and pastry shop in st martin. there was live music every nite a nice touch.. there is an all inclusive option which we did not take as we like to try different restaurants and rented a car also to visit other beaches as the one at the hotel is rocky and one has to find a path between the rocks to be able to swim.. all in all a very pleasant experience. it was our 4th visit to st martin and this was the best
