Very friendly people and very nice new cars at good prices. With all insurance, documentation, and winter tyres. The deposit was very fair. They speak English well too.

The car was fantastic, and I took it up to Žabljak in the mountains. The car performed great, and the 4 tyres were AMAZING in the snow.

I came into the airport for a reservation with the Avis next to Renault. The Avis man was beyond rude and he demanded things not stated online and a deposit increase by 5 times more. So after this, I went to Renault, and they were superb.

Dragan took me out to see all the cars left in the lot so I could decided. Sladjana was very helpful for me too, and gave me a great deal for three weeks. She drew me a map of the best routes to take, and stressed which dangerous routes not to take; E.G. Kolašin canyons. They threw in a GPS navigation at no extra cost too.

Unfortunately, I broke my femur and hip in a ski accident. Renault rent a car were very good to me and when my friends delivered the car on my behalf and told them, they then messaged me asking how I am doing and such. Very, very kindly, they wanted to refund the money for my rental (as it was returned a week early). They refunded the rest. That was too kind of them.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from them.

Might not be a really "official" Renault rental but we rented a car for one week from this office (which is part of the airport partners) and everything went perfectly well. The car was in good condition and we never had to pay anything more than what we agreed.

The worst car rental company ever. And this company has nothing to do with Renault. We had a problem with the tire. The very rude man told us, they will charge 100 Euros for the tire without showing any price list. And they charged 221 Euros without informing us. Never ever rent a car from this company. I travel very often and rent a car in many different countries. This is the worst experience I had.
