  Does not open until 8, emergency line is a joke as it is either turned off or rings behind the empty desk No where to drop keys or any explanation. Ridiculous situation, hope I make my flight Now they charge double for damage that was already confirmed when the vehicle was picked up, ridiculous! Trying to contact them via email just gets returned as unsendable! Avoid this awful fly by night company!

  Bad experience.
  
  I rent a Duster for 4 days for 650 euros. We don't have that kind of 4x4 in Canada. Its the worst SUV you can get. Sixt service was totally bad when I call to explain the situation. The car seem to break apart every time you shift. The horn is not on the driving wheel and I had to find out myself. Briefly, don't rent this car and i dont suggest this compagny. I will never rent again with them !!!
