This is a genuine review ! I paid very low money and had a good service compared to price. I had to give 1150€ of deposit and it took 1 month to be released on my account. So wasn't pleasant, but at the end I had a great car, for cheap and all went well. So, recommended!👍

Real simple- I booked a Audi A3 for 200 dollars.
They didn’t have it and told me they will upgrade me to a station wagon by Skoda. I said I am the only one driving and they refused to upgrade me to another car.
I ended up paying 20 euros a day for an Audi A3 convertible during the winter in Montenegro. Avoid avoid avoid.

FORGET THOSE FAKE 5 STAR COMMENTS!
We went to return our car at Podgorica Airport, now I only feel lucky because we arrived at the airport very early, otherwise we would definitely not be able to catch our flight. We waited at the counter for over half an hour until the man from another rent-a-car agency arrived and called the Europcar person for us. NOTE THAT WE HAVE ALREADY CALLED THE NUMBER AS STATED ON THE BOARD FOR OVER A DOZEN TIMES! We were told that the person responsible for handling our car return was in town, and to wait for him to be back, we have to wait for another half an hour. This is really insane, we were paying for the car rental together with the services, not to waste our valuable holiday time here to wait for just a simple car return. Actually the same happened in Belgrade when we picked up our car, where we waited for 1.5 hours to get our car. Time is too valuable to waste like this to all of us, so I spend some time here for the review so that many others’ time won’t be wasted like mine.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EUROPCAR OR USE IT AGAIN.
Update: counter person arrived at 7:30pm, 1.5 hours since we first arrived at the Europcar counter. No apologies, he asked when our flight is, only to say “oh you till have time” afterwards. Shame on you Europcar.response / report this review -

Attention arnaque : L'agence refuse de prendre les cartes de crédit françaises (qu'elle considère comme carte de débit) sauf si vous prenez un pack d'assurance complet. Dans l'attente d'un règlement du litige avec Europcar..
