- The desk officer was impolite.
- An amount of more than 100 € is charged at our credit card, without any reason.
- We really needed to persist to receive the Childs seat we asked for. The desk officer was too lazy to get out of his seat to go and collect the seat.
- A deposit of 750 € was asked, while a deposit of 250 € was agreed before between europcar and the travel agency.
