Nice comfortable room, good view from the room. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The restaurants are good. The lounge/ pub plays good music. The food is amazing.

I recently organized an event in hotel Moskva and had the most unpleasant experience in my 10 years of organizing events. Firstly, I asked for an accommodation for 25 people and conference hall for 28 people and 5 translation booths. I was happy to receive positive answer to this and booked the hotel. I arrived one day before the meeting and realized that the conference hall is very small and there is no way even one translation booth to be placed inside. We managed to place the booths in the lobby and the restaurant. I set the menu for dinner of the guests with the lady from sales, and asked for drinks to be served (water, juices, beer and wine). Since I was not present at the dinner, the guests told me they were only served with wine and beer, and when they asked for juice, they were not given one, but had to pay for it. During lunch, 10 of the people were left without the main dish, there was lack of food, although orders were specified for the exact number of people. The main dish arrived half a hour later. The sales manager has a very bad English, and besides my insisting to communicate in local language, I received replies in English and mainly wrong information. The whole problem I would locate to the sales manager, who was highly unprofessional, rude, impolite, lying and blaming me as a customer for the inability to place a cabin inside the conference room, for the bad connection between the laptop and screen etc. I was then told that they had no experience in organizing events, that requested translation booths placement, although in our first communication, the sales manager said they already had such experience before. In my 10 years of work, I have organized more than 50 events, but this is my worst experience so far and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone interested in organizing events.P.S. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Good luck with the rest!

One of the best hotels in the city, great price, everything new, clean and beautiful. Located in the heart of the city, 15min on foot from the old town. It has a private secure parking, no problem for big cars, or you can park in front of the hotel for free. If you want to make a reservation for a parking place, it will cost 5€ a day. I highly recommend this hotel. AAA+

The service is great the rooms are clean. The bed is absolutely terrible. We kept rolling into the middle of the bed. The most disappointing was that we chose the place because of the pool and it was closed and we haf no indication of it before booking or arriving.

Beautiful place, great service first time, next time waiter was in a hurry and maybe tried too much? First time food was excellent but next time got the feeling that they just did what they had to do in the kitchen and they went under the line so food was a little bit tired. Mexican dishes were a bit disappointment but pasta and pizza were great!
