Voiture non disponible malgré une réservation confirmée. Seule une voiture de catégorie inférieure mais plus chère (!) était disponible.
Au final, forte somme à payer en raison de rayures préexistantes mais impossible à notifier au moment de la location tellement leur nombre était important

Брали авто в Будве, очень дорого. Отмечайте в документах все коцки авто и делайте это ОЧЕНЬ тщательно иначе при сдаче авто будут проблемы.

Customer service extremely poor. I am an AVIS client for 20+ years and never had such a bad experience. The woman working there friendly, but fully unable to do her work, I had an impression that was her first day working there. The owner/director pretty tough in terms of communicating and solving the issue. Strongly recommend to avoid this office as long as they are working with the same staff.
