The bathroom had a bad smell and no heating system. A fancy building but not a well arranged room

Truly refined food and great service, wonderful hospitality and traditional live acoustic music by very talented musician. The view is priceless, Nice fire to keep you warm and create a lovely atmosphere on a cold winters day. One of my best experiences in Fes

One of The most stunning Riads we visited while in Fes. We only had dinner which was mega delicious. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful palace. We just went there to visit. The palace is big and well maintained with all its unique artifacts, rooms, and terrace. It is has a nice view of the medina as well.

Absolutely terrible service. We sat down and waited for 15 min, nothing. Asked for menus and we got one that had the local price, the other had the tourist price. As we were waiting the manager was yelling at his staff in the kitchen, so loudly that the whole medina would have heard. Another table was having problems as well with their orders As much as we wanted to try this place based on recommendations we ended up leaving because we felt so uncomfortable. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Amazing stay, and food. If you are staying and want a cooking class for Moroccan food, take the class with Chef Armina, she is awesome! You will learn how to make her phenomenal salads and dishes. The staff will do everything to make your stay perfect.
