Service excellence and spectacular decor. The restaurant is beautiful and serves the most exquisite moroccan cuisine.
This is the only place you should consider if you are looking for exceptional luxury and grand moroccan hospitality.
The top luxury spa has all the finest equipments and a grand classical decor.

The most luxurious and authentic palace in Morocco. This is the epitome of architecture, fine dining and comfort. The service is exceptional and the suites are absolutely spectacular. The spectacular panoramic terrace has a breathtaking view. The Spa is fantastic as well. I will be definitely coming back soon.

It is very famous for beeing "The place to be" in Morocco for the international jet set. An idyllic masterpiece that is simply incomparable. This splendid 5 star luxury hotel located in a stunning palace. The decor is very elegant, impressive and authentic. The suite was magnificent with a lavish bathroom. The spa is marvelous and we had an excellent dinner in the beautiful gourmet restaurant. The service is very polite and attentive. We will be coming back here for our wedding anniversary.

This review is for their restaurant. In short, DON’T EAT HERE. We spend more than three hours to finish our dinner. And I will give zero stars for the restaurant if possible. Most dishes were mediocre, and some were unbearable, and definitely overpriced. The waiter who took our order told us to let him order for us, and he would put 4 different dish for each course so we could try everything. We waited AT LEAST ONE HOUR FOR OUR APPETIZERS, which included a variety of eggplant. The extremely sweet one was completely off. We then WAITED ANOTHER HOUR FOR OUR MAIN COURSE. Main courses was ok, but we had better tajins for tenth of their price. The worst part was their service. The waiters pretend they don’t speak English when we complained about the appetizers having too much eggplants. In the end, they asked for ten percent tip even though they barely did anything other than bring us food.

A perfect luxury hotel inside a grand historic palace. The service and managers were very attentive and highly competent. The suite was stylish, clean and very comfy. Excellent food and top notch spa.

Absolutely gorgeous ! The most elegant 5 star hotel in Morocco. This historic palais is a work of art with a magnificent spa and the best moroccan restaurant ever. The suite was huge, very clean and gorgeous. The service really looked wonderfully after us. This is exactly what I expect from such a famous palace.

Tis place is beautiful and stunning but it needs a touch and some refurbishment.

A wonderful week in a beautiful masterpiece. The best and most luxurious palace in Fez. The interior decor is amazing and the suites are very chic. The service is outstanding and the restaurant's haute cuisine is delicious.

The palace is gorgeous with a truly spectacular decor and a very professional service. The cuisine is exquisite and the restaurant's setting is very impressive and so romantic. The spa is gorgeous with a superb pool. Our suite was huge, very luxurious and extremely comfortable. Great value for money for a palace like this ! The exquisite panoramic terrace has the most impressive view in town. I can only recommend this beautiful palace.

A perfect palace for a romantic and luxurious stay. The architecture is splendid and the service is outstanding. We absolutely loved the authentic decor as well as the hi-tech equipments and exceptional comfort. The suites are lavish and the stylish decor simply raises the bar for other palaces around the world. That's right, it's the best option if you want to travel in style !

One of the best luxury hotels worldwide. I would give it a 7 stars rating if it was possible. Superb palace, amazing suite and bathroom, incredibly tasty morroccan dishes and most importantly a flawless service strongly dedicated to provide each guest with an amazing stay.
