No yogurt for breakfast. Two hours without water just before check out when one wants to take a shower. Dirty fingerprints in whatever shines in the suite. Basic dinner. Even though I complained about those facts, they charged me dinner water. Next time in Marrakech I'll choose another hotel.

My stay at this hotel has been a pleasant experience so far (I still have a few more days to go). Service wise, the staff is highly obliging and accomodating. As for nurishment, the open beaufé is quasi-ambrosial. I truely cannot get enough of the food or beverages that the hotel provides (the coffee is to die for).

This place was extremely disappointing:
- The Pool was freezing, no temperature control.
- No room service at night and rude chef.
- Although I booked the room for 2, when my friend came to visit they wanted me to pay almost 75% of the room price to add him.
- No entertainment in any of the restaurants.
- No alcohol or shisha either.
They werent even nice about any of the above.response / report this review -

If you're going to Marrakech I really recommend going to this hotel. It has a really nice view when you look from the veranda, a nice pool if you want to swim, and also a traditional hammam and good equipped gym if you want to work out a bit. In addition of that, if you're a lazy person there is a restaurant just down stairs or you can call room service and they'll bring you the order to your doorway. And also there is a little bazaar if you want to buy something from there. Personally, I spent some really good time when I stayed there, even if it only was for a few days.

i reserved a hotel at the old city which was disgusting not for family i immediately cancelled it and found magador menara hotel well organised,smart helpful gentlement,daily bedroom cleaner lady very polite,she greet us but the dining hall ladies give me dirty look all the time is so uncomfortable othr than that is perfect i will recommended the hotel to everyone.

* Staff is friendly. Some people don't speak English but they find a away to understand what I think it's really nice.
* Rooms are big, nice toilet with a huge bathtub. 🛁 room has a nice balcony.
* Breakfast: bad experience. Basically every morning they had less food. First day was nice but as the days passed the variety dropped. We had to make a complaint with the manager, that was really friendly however it doesn't change the fact that we are really disappointed. Bread was from the day before or even frozen.
* Dinner: we ate there once - 25€ buffet without drinks what I found really expensive for the poor variety of food. Never again.
* Pool: outside pool was cold as ice, terrible, we spend in the total of 5 days not more than 30mt inside. I don't know if it's always like this in Marrakesh but for me was horrible. The weather was really hot but no chance to enjoy the pool at all.
Indoor pool: 20€ per person for one hour. Yep! Unbelievable I know. Water is terrible hot (should they mixed both pool's water?) The price is ridiculous for what it is.
* We always found the room really clean. Music from the hallway is really nice - classic songs but just the instrumental.
* Beautiful hotel. Inside is really really beautiful.
Final thoughts:
This is not a 5star hotel. We need to think as a country that can't be compared with Europe, but even with the Marrakesh standards I can't say this hotel deserves 5stars. I'll not comeback but my experience was not horrible, not even close, I just don't think I'll comeback to a place that doesn't offer what it promises in the bookings websites.response / report this review -

Staf and lower managment staf is friendy or trying to be, but management in general are rude and have double standard atitude with guests from different nationalities, and above all unprofessional Rooms are dated and in bad need of refurbishment. If you take the inclusive breakfast offer, make sure you bring your own tea spoon and salt shaker.

Affordable, decent hotel. Get what you pay for more or less. No safes seem to work in any room, the wifi only worked 60% of the time and don't expect a drink with dinner if it isn't one of the one or two options laid out for free

This hotel does not do all inclusive at all, therefore the drinks are over priced ridiculously. The spa is good, a bit pricey. Food is lovely for dinner, everyday there is variety. Breakfast was lovely, always fresh. One downside no entertainment
