Beautiful hotel set on the outskirts of Marrakech, the people were lovely and very welcoming, service was very reasonable for the value, we had a great time a a quieter time if the year, I'd highly recommend a visit.

This is such a lovely resort. The design of the interior is beautiful and very peaceful. There are two pools one aimed for children and families and another quieter pool. The spa was amazing and we had a luxury hamman and a few treatments here. The therapists are very professional and welcoming.

English is well spoken by all staff. There is a small gym, you can even do some laps of the property and there’s some pull up bars around the grounds.

The rooms are large, a wonderful waterfall shower and argon oil toiletries. It’s a modern clean style with free water bottles each day. The WiFi is great and we could download, stream and surf easily. There is also an ATM, golf course, volley ball, lake lake activities, children’s area here as well.

There is three main restaurants- a Lebanese, an Asian; and varied main buffet style for breakfast lunch and dinner. All very high standard. The price seems about right for a five star hotel. There is a free shuttle bus to the Médina over the day. It’s about 15 min or so by road.

I can’t think one negative! I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a relaxing holiday as a base with the option of going into the main city easily available.

Great hotel with good facilities. Only disappointment for a 5 star rating was that when I got back late in the evening into the room, the staff last in the room had sent the heating to 26 degrees which made the room very uncomfortable and ended up getting sick

I'm speechless , the place was Calm , The Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, "" an Outstanding Welcome make you feel overwhelmed "" all I can say that I spent a great vacation , and if you are planing to visit Marrakech, Pullman Marrakech is your perfect destination .
PS : Thanks a million to the Reception whom were ready to listen and help & made all their efforts to make us feel comfortable

Awesome resort. New place. Room can be small for 4 pax. Service is top notch. Facilities are good. Food selection for breakfast and room service can be furthe improved.

Rooms were small, shower was broken. Key cards kept not working, and after 6 times of being told it was our fault they finally took a look and found the system was broken. On arriving ordered food with tired children and after an hour it still hadn't arrived. Overall it's not just the things that were brokennor the slow service, it was the insulting attitude of staff that made this the worst hotel in this kind of price category I have ever been to in the world. I travel almost every week for work, normally in emerging and Frontier markets, so that makes this absolutely a damning ranking for a hotel in Morocco.

Brilliant experience. But a few things were had over tge top prices like the spa and snackbar. All staff were amazing, always nice, happy and polite. We were well looked after, like a palace.

Had the pleasure of spending one week here with the family. This place is absolutely perfect for both adults and children. Great food in the restaurants, lovely pool area and nice and clean apartments. All in all an excellent vacation. Highly recommended.

Staff helpful and friendly. Place clean. Room was nice with complamentry dressing gowns and slippers. Also lovely toiletry s. They don't do milk in room 4 coffee. But if u ask they will bring a carton that we put in fridge. Also complamentry water in rooms daily even if not all inclusive. Would recommend the place

My experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, the room I stayed in was very nice (beds are very big and comfortable and the bathroom is very nice as well, with a big shower). Also the buffet is absolutely amazing with a lot a variety on the different days of the week. One thing I think would be nice to improve is the internet connection. It was a little bit slow in the room and did not work around the pool. But my favorite thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was so nice, always willing to help and always with a smile on their face! An exceptional service that is rarely found anywhere else!
