Total amateurism. This hotel is the worst run hotel I have ever stayed in. You pay for all-inclusive but quickly realize all the good things are extra. The indicated hours all wrong, they kicked us out of the children's pool which was full at 5pm when it was supposed to be open until 7.30 pm, waterpark closed every day between 1 and 2pm, you have to pay to get a towel, etc. The placr was run by teenagers that were everywhere but rarely helped. Rooms are OK. I would recommend to look elsewhere before staying here.

Had a great Holiday.
Very friendly and helpful staff; special thanks to Yassine and Nadia for looking after us.
Food was nice and with varieties at lunch and dinner time. Bar staff and all other staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful.
.The only disappointment was our visit to SPA(over priced and poor service).

The food is the best part of the hotel. Everyone is nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean. We had a nice view. The food at night is not as good and lunch, and housekeeping enters your room a lot.

It was nice, but not 5 star worthy. Didn’t have any of the horrible experiences other guests seem to have had, but the place and the rooms especially are quite outdated to be 5star hotel level.
Again, it wasn’t bad but it’s more a 3 maybe at most 4 star level place, and for that level it was pretty good.

Great hotel. Cannot fault the staff / rooms / beds & pillows comfortable / entertainment / politeness / cleanliness & imaculate decor. Fantastic that towels changed every day and beds made each day. friendly staff. Pool areas & outside eating fabulous.

Only drawback was that it was cold in reception and bar areas as we stayed mid December.

Decent enough place for families. The greatest downside of them all is pool water which is too cold - literarly freezing. On all in hold food gets very dull after a week.
Customer service reception manner - rather indifferent compared with western European standards.

Well, Marrakesh is a blue sky destination and gives you 30 C in November which is well worth slight inconveniences as mentioned.

Had a lovely week here. Rooms big and clean. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Good selection of tasty food, did become a bit repetitive towards the end. Pools great and enjoyed the aquapark. Evening entertainment lacking. Overall a good time had here.

Great hotel, staff overall fantastic, clean rooms and surroundings. First place I have been where the pools were great hardly any dead pests in them! Entertainment team great could have more variety but overall fantastic. Already booked to return .

It doesn't really have a lot to do for kids, I was told that we can use aqua park for free but they charged a lot for it and I was told by my agency that the maximum city tax in Morocco is 15 to 18 MAD but we paid 207 Mad per person per night which was a lot in my local currency.

On top of everything they didn't allowed checking until I paid the full amount which took almost 3 hours as I had to go to money exchanger (they were not supportive at all). My youngest kid is 1 year and my wife had to wait with all the kids outside the hotel.

I left this hotel with disappointment and will never come back.

Terrible customer service and over charged me. I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel as they charge for every single thing a lot more than other 5 star hotels.

I got a all inclusive deal with them but they still charged for the Aqua Park, i will never go to this hotel and would rate 0* but unfortunately i have to give 1* to the worst 5 star hotel i have ever been to.

This is a really nice place to come for a holiday with many positives.
The overall communal areas are amazing, with great pools and the addition of a water park is great. I would give this part of the resort 5 stars.
The staff are really friendly and helpful, and great with kids. The animation team also put a lot of effort in. As an average I would give them 4 stars.
The rooms, I would say when new would have been great but now come across a little bit like faulty towers. The lock on our patio door broke several times, the front door look to have been pried open and wasn't great for closing. The phone system also broke making calling reception difficult. And finally there was an ant problem, I would say could of been handled better by putting down ant powder rather than big spray. Overall I would rate this as 3 star.
Finally food and drink was nice but limited. For the drinks selection it was pretty poor, wines weren't nice at all and it wasn't what you would expect at this level of resort. The food while nice had very little variation, given the number of guests you would expect more variety. By the end of the holiday we had started eating out we where so board with this. If your here for a shorter stay it would be fine but long stays very disappointing. Overall food and drink I would rate at 2 stars.
Final comment they need more parasols around the pool, though the olive trees do help.

We were very impressed by this hotel and its facilities. It was a lovely hotel, and all areas, including the room, were clean and tidy. There always seemed to be someone cleaning public areas. There were good views of the Atlas Mountains.

The spa was nice, though the water park (more for children) was limited in its facilities.

Free shuttle service into town was useful and appreciated.

Food service was excellent, with a great range of options and better than any other all-inclusive hotel that we had visited, and, again, cleanliness/hygiene seemed to be of a very high standard.

Generally the staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the animation team's shows left a bit to be desired, and they would blast out music at the poolside which seemed unnecessarily loud, When asked to turn it down, they did apologise and said it would be quiet soon but the volume was increased again at the next session.

All in all we enjoyed the visit to Marrakech and our stay at the Eden Andalou

Fantastic place with absolutely amazing staff. Very accommodating, we had issues with our currency (Saintsbury's at home gave us the wrong currency?!?! The hotel sorted it for us so that morning of the second day we came along and they had swapped the money for us) partner left my rings in the safe of the hotel when we left and the hotel have sent them to my home. The food they serve is also absolutely amazing! So much choice and delicious. Drinks aren't great but they are good for the price you pay. Very clean and staff are fantastic.

I was in this hotel 31st march 2017 for 5 nights with my son 9 years
It's the worst hotel i ever see
It doesn't deserve 5 stars
The food not tasty and u have to be the 1st one in the restaurant or u will find nothing in the buffet to eat
Buffet very poor
towels and sheets very old and unusable
Nothing special in this hotel
The aqua park doensn't open till 11 morning
Even water in aqua park is chargeable even if you have all inclusive and you don't have to carry water with you
It's really desappointing

Poor service! The toilet was dirty when we got into the room-had blood stains on it! Hardly anyone there to hand out pool towels. I went twice in a row and the guy was not there. When I finally managed to get some, two of them were dirty-looked like tomato sauce. The all inclusive option is crap! Absolutely nothing suitable for vegetarians at snack time.

I try to contact the hotel few times, the lady on the reception was rut,
definitely no friendly, not helpful at all!
I just want to book a hotel for my family for Easter break!
For sure no this one! They are rut on the phone, I can imagine what's gonna be the attitude there!
I need break, no more pressure!

Nice place on the outskirts of Marrakech. Large air conditioned rooms. Decent free breakfast buffet, but poor coffee. Beautiful pool. Several dinner options. Free shuttle service to take guests in and out of town.
