Excellent location. Comfortable rooms in typical Ramada hotels style but a bit old.
This can not be a five star hotel. Very dark and Poor lighting in the room. No tea or coffee set in the room. Bath tube and sink were clogged with dirty water. The Elevator system did not give any confidence.
There's no kettle in the room or any tea/coffee making facilities that you expect in a 5star hotel Lighting is poor inside, with two bedside lamps to light the whole room! Add that to the fact that I've been waiting 2 days for a cup that I've asked reception to send to my room, and it would give you an example of the service here.
The breakfast is okay, nothing to boast about. That being said, you have to ask them for a teaspoon to stir your tea as that isn't laid out or visible anywhere.
Overall, I'd say this isn't a five star hotel at all
Torn towels brown Mark inside the toilet, bath with cement on the bath and dirty borders torn tatty curtains chipped wood dirty sticky carpets. Awful breakfast I.e. first day toaster switched off third day it broke. Scrambled egg container off on first day and eggs not fully cooked later on but still not fully cooked. Pancakes container off and looked like it was broken so every day it was off. Cold pancakes. Staff hanging around doing nothing, cups and saucers missing. Reception staff not helpful, general malaise amongst staff. If you complain your the baddy. I could go on.
Superior room was very dark and old fashioned.
The Wifi was extremely poor with frequent disconnects. Spa, breakfast and fitness have to be paid extra. Finally there was loud music every evening until around 11.30.
Deserves no more than 2 stars. The chair in my room was broken. The minifridge and safe were missing. The room was very dark even with all the lamps lit. At breakfast I had to ask especially for a teaspoon to stir my coffee. Dinner did not include anything to drink.
Centrally located. Needs improvement in service
Wasn't to happy when staying here.
1) the swimming pool doesn't very cleaned out and when I went in it there was a ball of hair among with flies in there.
2) they overcharged me even though we agreed on a rate per night before hand.
3) I can't remember if it was 5* hotel but it felt more like a 3*
Easy to reach by car, nice decor
Good room with cosy double bed. Air conditioning was issue initially and room service help was needed. Tea coffee making facility should be added in all rooms.
Nice piano bar at the second floor
Great
Ramada Hotels = High expectations.
It's a very nice hotel.
Hotel intéressant qui alterne le bon et le mauvais, mais heureusement, les serveurs sont sympathiques. Demandez à être servi par Achraf Mourid. Il est très attentionné et fait de son mieux pour la satisfaction du client.
Best hotel in Morocco.
Selling FAKE alcohol at the bar, really bad experience, moved out very quickly
