Hooorible experience. I've been travelling through Morocco and was staying in budget places but this one is out of league:
- Travellers tax and cleaning fee (ironically) was equal to amount I paid before for booking.
- Dirt, dirt, dirt. I killed one COCKROACH just upon my arrival and found another one in the morning
- Windows and doors don't protect from sound. I had a room on ground floor and could hear people sipping their tea in lobby!
- WiFi was not working throughout the stay
- Hot water works only during selected hours
- Bathroom is very mouldy
Strongly recommend to avoid it. Take a bed in hostel and save yourself from thisresponse / report this review -

Lovely owner, but often people known as "Spiders" that hang out on the corner of the hotel that try to get money from you, was mugged several times. Would advise 100% to stay outside of the Souks.

Before even entering the Riad we were mugged for several hundred with threats of then returning in the night. Owner was friendly but charged a ludicrous amount of fees. Generally moving around Marrakech was a terrifying experience. Best avoided at all costs.

Nice Riad if you ask for the rooms on the roof.My advice is to ask for a room on the roof.

No parking as they promised on booking.
Service - acceptable but guy who was receveing us did say nothing to "Guide" Guy who was trying to robbed us for "service"
Very loud during night time - service guys partying?

Dirty! This riad is the dirtiest hotel i've ever stayed in. The sheets and towels looked and felt unwashed. I cant say for sure but when we checked out it looked like the cleaners just rinsed the towels after the guests and then hang them out to dry. You even have to pay a ridiculous cleaning fee at this place when you arrive. Internet does not work in any of the rooms, batrooms does not have doors and no AC. Oh and there were bedbugs we had 2 rooms on the secound floor that had bedbugs, it was very late when we found them so we could not leave. We did get a new room on a higher floor to stay the night, luckily we did not find any bugs there. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we left after one. We did not get a refund for the fees we had payed for the remaining nights. We were told we would but they said oh come back in the after noon we did and they told us to come back the next day to get it we were never going to get it back. Total scam. And the room with bed bugs they just made it up the bed for the next guest dont stay here!

This place is awful. The rooms have mold on the walls, the bathrooms don't have doors, there is no carpet on the ground in the room. The owner is very loud and doesn't stop talking, trying to fool you. I do not recommend it

We had two stays in this Riad. First time the guy didn't know english very well, he tried to charge us more than it said on our booking confirmation, we had to write informations about us in their official book by ourselves (there weren't instructions on english in the book). We got okay room but on the floor were tiles made from rocks (very cold material) and there was only one not so large carpet. They didn't have water (not even to buy) that was ok for drinking and for the air conditioner You have to pay extra 3.50€ per day. The second time was much better because that Riad was full and they transfered us in the house across the street and the room that was ours was smaller but new and more beautiful than the first one we stayed in. The guy that was that evening at the reception spoke english very good and filled in the information that he needed by himself a d we got the air conditioner for free. Because of the first stay I give them three stars.

The place is OKbut don't count on the parking because is always busy and there are up to 5€ hidden charges per person per nightyou will find out this charges when you arrive

Very nice riad, friendly and great people working here. In our room the bed was very hard. But lovely place to stay and very clean.
