Good location in Gueliz . Rooms are adequate with balcony at the back overlooking the small pool. However on a clear day you have excellent view of the Atlas mountains. Bathroom with good standing showers . Breakfast is extrahowever for the price it's alot cheaper to get a better and freshly cooked breakfast in a cafe outside.
When you check out be prepared to be faced with a tourist tax This is a rip off so please ensure when you book this hotel that they WILL charge you extra at checkout despite any documentation you may have to show that you have prepaid in FULL for your stay.

Quite good rooms at a very fair price and clean. Great location in Gueliz. Ask for a room with balcony at rear of hotel overlooking the pool.

I spent a night here. It seems to be an old hotel. Clean, comfortable, quite. The only problem was the toilet seat. If u r sitting and lean a little bit forward, you head will touch the basin. Not comfortable at all. ( I am talking about room 403) Haven't seen any cameras upstairs in the corridors. Plenty of photos for different needs.

The man at the reception of this hotel is so rude. The level of customer services is so poor, we asked for a iron in the morning and still not received an iron at night. The man at reception said that they only have one iron in the whole of the hotel and that we if we need a iron in every room we should go to a 5 star hotel. This is not the way to speak to tourists in the country. I will not be coming back to this hotel having received such poor service.

Good experience. Bed was massive. Good bed. Ac in room worked well and a few English tv stations helped pass the time when the weather was too hot to leave the room. Staff fine but not overly helpful (French ;)). Hotel is.in new area which is no where near as exciting as the old median.

Clean and convenient. There were check in delays as per previous reviewers but it was the best hotel I experienced since my arrival in Morocco. The bed had a few stray hairs and the sheets were stainedbut the bed was clean everything was just washed.

Really rude staff. Really really small lift (only two people at a time if its working :) ). Taxi Driver told me the hotel's building is OLD and you definitely notice. Toilet looks dark and rundown. They are tight with toilet paper too (half used toilet paper and have to go beg for more). Go to Almas much better and newer and around same price.

The price was good if only you reserve it online. However, since I made a mistake during my reservation i have to pay more. The shower room in the standard room was not good enough and too small.

I enjoyed this hotel thoroughly. The breakfast was great! Being that I am from Florida, I am sad to say that Florida doesn't have the greatest Orange Juice, the Les Trois Palmiers does! For the price, it is an excellent property!

Very good and authentic place. Short walk to the center. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a pool of which I missed the open hours but looks great It has a great view, helpful staff.. You can also exchange money there. There are meals but I haven't tried so mo comments for them :)

Really nice hotel, spacious room. Nice big bed, mini fridge in your room, air conditioning. Nice staff, safe hotel with security. Really nice breakfast buffet!! Just love this hotel!

Really nice hotel! Very spacious rooms, even has a mini refrigerator. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast.. 10 out of 10 really amazing.
