Hier funktioniert absolut nichts. Die Besitzerin bzw. Chefin sitzt in Frankreich und ist nie vor Ort. Kein Flughafen Transfer organisiert. Keine Überraschung Organisation. Als wir Nachts um 23.00 Uhr ankamen gab es nichts zu essen, obwohl es uns per Mail angeboten und bestätigt wurde.
Das Riad wird in den booking Portalen nicht so beschrieben wie es wirklich ist.
Zwei Restaurant? Es hat eine kleine Küche.
Spa? Es hat ein mini hamam und ein Raum für Massage.
Pool? Es hat ein Teich
Service 24h? Ist nicht wahr, weil es kein Service ist, sondern nur ein dasein.
Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer? Stimmt nicht.
Es gibt noch viel mehr nicht.
Schade, weil das Riad selbst ist sehr schön.
Aber die Chefin ist nicht vor Ort und verspricht und lügt nur.response / report this review -

Escapade de 3 nuits début décembre.
Endroit très agréable très bien situé, calme, propre.
Une très bonne note à Jaouad qui nous à toujours bien accueillis et à été de bons conseils pour nos visites et restau.

Simply the best!! The staff are legendary and made the beautiful palace even more memorable. The location is superb with guards protecting the palace. You're on the finest shopping street in kech with opulent hammens and fine restaurants. Jarwed the night Porter/breakfast chief is an outstanding character. We will return as soon as possible to buy tiles. The most memorable of stays. Love george and georgia jnr

this place is so beautiful and such good value. we stayed in the family room which had a lounge room and two bedrooms with the bathroom upstairs. the decor is exquisite & breakfast was great. the location is good too as it's only a 10 minute walk to the main square. it's a bit hard to find. we arrived at night so it was a bit difficult. be wary of locals trying to offer their help because even if they say they won't charge you, they will and won't go away until you do. I would stay here again.

Séjour cauchemardesque, nous avons réservé ce riad il ya plus d un mois et demi, arrivés sur place, les deux chambres réservés n'étaient plus disponibles. Pour couronner le tout, le personnel ne s'est pas soucié de cet incident car d'après eux, le patron a l'habitude de faire privilégier les personnes qui payent plus chères la nuit sans se soucier des réservations.
Aucune reconnaissance de leur part et aucun dédommagement nous a été proposé.
Finalement nous avons passé la troisième nuit chez eux après une plainte au commissariat de police .
Je ne recommanderai pas ce riad même à mon pire ennemi. Chambres très humides et sentent le renfermées. les Asmatiques s abstenir. .

Bonito Ryad en el centro de la ciudad lo cogimos por una página de Internet y me sorprendió lo barato que salía a pesar de incluir el desayuno. Personal amable, aunque nos cogió por el Ramadan el turno de la mañana estaba más cansado.
