  Just spent the most delightful time in the Riad Maison Blanche in Tanger.. it is as charming as ever with very comfortable bedrooms and cool after the blistering heat of the day. Breakfast on the top terrace in the early morning sun is an experience in itself - delicious pancakes of every sort with homemade jams and honey and pot fulls of coffee. taking a cocktail up there too in the evening with views across the bay with the tinkling lights below - a must!
  
  We drove out towards Asilah and had lunch in L'Ocean - perfect setting under cool
  Umbrellas with delicious food and wine looking towards the beach - the odd cockerel or rabbit might join you under your table for a crust or. cHat to the goose and donkey nearby!
  
  We returned to our hotel for a siesta before dining out in the Kasbah. Our host jAziz and his staff makes sure you are well looked after - charming as ever!
  
  We'll be back - shopping and L'Ocean will be calling.

  La Maison Blanche es sencillamente encantador. Toda la decoración está cuidada hasta el último detalle. Estar alojado aquí te hace sentir especial. El desayuno genial. La situación perfecta. Aziz nos trató más como sus huéspedes que como unos clientes y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Gracias por una estancia inolvidable.

  If you are looking to stay in the old quarter od Tangiers then this is the place to do it. A few suggestions to make the stay more pleasant for customers: 1) A/C or at least basic fan for the higher floors as heat rises and it gets incredibly hot in the middle of summer in the middle of the night. I could not fall asleep as I was sweating profusely. 2) Make sure Wo-Fi works on the roof. Its a beautiful view and sometimes people want to show it off on video chat. Also, maybe browse up there.
  3) The windows really need mosquito netting. The wooden lattice is great but it does not keep the bugs out.
  4) The "tour guides" seem to have agendas and will take you to friendly shops where you WILL get ripped off. Maybe stop doing that.
  
  Other than the above, great stay in all regards.

  e-mail Pilar and she will arrange for a taxi to take to meet you at the ferry and take you to La Maison Banche, 5 euros. (15 euros form the airport) You are now in the kasbah, right around the corner form the souk and a plethora of restaurants, and in one of the classiest B&Bs you have ever stayed at.
