very clean , great Wi-Fi , convenient location close to restaurants and beach, however there was no iron only upon request , lack of towels 2 phone calls and 20 minutes waiting to get towels, only that day though , excellent customer service represented by Fatima Zahra Raji and others -great staff-
MY NEXT STAY WOULD BE WITH THEM WITH NO DOUBT ,

Very nice modern internal design. Good location near the long beach, about 2kms from Medina. Spacy room, king size bed. Rich dinner buffet (but not very tasty or local), rich breakfast.

The staff here is awesome! Fatima in house keeping is excellent! The staff at the reception desk are very professional & helpful. The staff in the restaurant & louge are also great. The staff goes that extra step in making my stay here good. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is a great hotel. One of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. The rooms were great, big bathrooms, large windows with views of the new city. Its easy to find, and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was excellent with excellent service. While the hotel was one of the best, it was the service and the staff that made the stay amazing, from the two ladies at the front desk where amazing helping us find everything we needed, and the service with the smile made my trip to morocco, thank you Houdo and Assia. Sara at the bar gave friendly service with a smile. The security and doormen helped us get taxi's and negotiating our ride to the ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was coming back to my room 726 and meet with the maids Warda and Boucha they was cleaning my room and they was smiling and friendly and did a asked me if i was satisfied with the cleaning and i must say they really are professional and did a very nice job

Maintained impeccable by the staff. View from room 708 great an nice and tidy kept by Bouchra if you are in the area don't forget to drop by 😉

Nice hotel but where is the obvious customer service? Platinum member but no water each day. Hotel staff says customer must provide water. Highly recommended not to drink local tap water. Hotel staff says water will be provided if you check out each day and recheck in.

I have stayed at a room on the 8 flour.
I can recommend Houda Boukhnifra for always having done my room clean and tidy and she is always frisch and seams to like her job well.

I am feeling great here in Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Everything is great, clean, good response from all Staff in hotel, especially with my housekeeper,she is very nice person and friendly, Belhassane Warda is the best one. big thanks for managers who is doing a good job especially the executive housekeeper manager , Keep going

Despite the hotel is operating since a couple months already, I had the feeling it hasn't been finished at all. Reception is not on top of their own processes (gave an already occupied room, printing a proper invoice took 15 minutes), breakfast is the very standard continental breakfast, average quality. The room showed signs of wear already despite the recent opening. Waiting times for the elevator are extreme on higher levels. Ok, it's cheap, but I expected more from a Hilton hotel
