The customer service was great, the breakfast quite nice, and the building was pretty; however the airport pickup mentioned will cost you. We paid €30 each trip for pick up and drop off, which is what he said a taxi would have cost. I didn't know we were paying for the airport transportation until the day before we left, which was a disappointment. The driver will take you to the Medina for €5 a trip, which was convenient and it was nice having someone you knew and trusted available to pick you up. The room was big and beautiful but the WiFi was weak in the bedroom and the bed was rather hard. The shower was good and stayed hot. Overall not a bad place to stay. Walkable to one cafe which was quite popular in the evening, Cappuccino. Most places require a car to get to though. Good breakfast.

Very interesting place. Think of it more as a B&B, rather than hotel. Gorgeous tile everywhere. Excellent staff. Location is very secure, in a residential area, but walkable to a cafe, casino and taxis. On site parking. Room was very beautiful and comfortable, strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast was minimal, but adequate. Gardens and courtyards looked lovely but weather prevented our use. We were even able to have some laundry done (separate fee, of course) Only complaint was shower that was not clean and did not drain properly. Would recommend for true Moroccan expierence and hospitality.

Beautiful home, very clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was extremely helpful in planning our time in Tangier.

Freundlicher Familienbetrieb und sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Waren nur eine Nacht dort. Bis auf die Distanz zur Innenstadt und das ausgefallene WiFi, war alles super.

Cozy! It's basically like a family run B&B, but idea location, superior decoration and luxury rooms. I would recommend it to my friends
