Beautiful architecture with an amazing atlas mountains view. The staff is very friendly but most of them don't speak English. We arrived around 9 pm and it was very difficult to communicate. The food (dinner and lunch) is ok. Not extraordinary. Breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are very different from the photos in the website. There was no TV. We've asked for a bigger room like we saw in the pictures and the guy in the desk told us all the rooms were the same. This hotel is in the middle of a very poor neighbourhood that looks a bit scary. There are a few kids in font of the hotel all day, every day, asking for money. We asked a few taxi drivers to take us there and no one new where it was so make sure you book a taxi or a shuttle directly with the hotel. Shuttle works 2 times per day and it's free.

Nice hotel for people without children. Quite a travel to the center of the city, 20 minutes or so, but the hotel offers a free shuttle.

Wij zijn vorige week naar hotel le mirage geweest , toen wij er heen reden was het net of we door kaleppo of Palestina heen reden verschrikkelijk gewoon, duurt een half uur voordat je met je auto in marakesch stad bent. In het hotel werken inderdaad aardige mensen maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd geen tv of radio of wifi op je kamer , er is werkelijk niks te beleven , wou na 1 dag al terugboeken , hadden bij Neckermann geboekt en we hebben werkelijk niemand van hun gezien , alleen een briefje mocht er iets zijn dat je dan een nummer kan bellen, heel slecht Neckerman. Je kan ook niet even naar buiten want dan sta je werkelijk waar in een grote vuilnisbelt ,wij gingen ook op de foto's van het hotel af en de Belgische uitbater met lekkere Belgische biertjes . Niks van dat alles .
Ook als je geen Arabisch of Frans spreekt ben je aan de goden overgeleverd je ziet geen foldertje niks van een of andere excursie ook .ik zou aanraden om iets meer uit te geven want hier krijg je spijt van . En neckerman SCHAAM JE DIEP

A very nice hotel in a poor town next to Marrakech. When you first arrive through the village you may doubt your choice, but the hotel is nothing like the village. The building is nice with a beautiful view of the Oasis and Atlas mountains. The staff is very friendly and willing to help and they offer a shuttle bus to and from the city twice a day. The rooms and beds are nice and the hotel offers all kinds of services which are all of good quality, like massages, a jacuzzi, swimming pool and you can eat in the restaurant (but you should make a reservation because the need to prepare the meals in time). Breakfast is good as well.

A fantastic hotel where the style is morrocan in a rustic style. The location will unnerve you at first because the village is ramshackle and the drive in is an experience in itself and something to cherish, unless you are used to rough tracks across stoney deserts. The hotel however is a jewel and the staff cannot be more helpful and wonderful. Englush is not a problem but a workable knowledge of french helps and Arabic is quite easy to pick up. Children are treated very specially and made to feel very welcome so they can wander around the hotel very safely.

The hotel is about 6 miles from the centre of Marrakesh but there is a free taxi twice a day from the hotel into the old town of Marrakesh which allows you to spend a morning or an afternoon/evening in the city. Which for us was just right. You can book your own taxis from the hotel to suit your needs if needed incase you wish to spend a night in the city and all done through reception.

It is worth asking for a room facing the atlas mountains, which are viewable at their best either early in the morning or at sunset. The rooms are of a beautiful morrocan style that copes well with the temperatures that during the summer can top 50 degrees.

We went in last week in October and the weather was beautiful with temperatures around 25 to 30 degrees and a thunderstorm thrown in for good measure.

Definitely a hotel for those wishing something different and away from the busy city. We will be coming back again as soon as we can.

fabulous rustic boutique hotel, a little off the beaten track. We stayed there in June 2014, the rooms are quaint clean and in keeping with the Moroccan style, we stayed half board and the food was excellent especially the three course waiter service evening meal which was held one night on the roof top, staff couldn't do enough for you. The lunchtime snack bar was reasonably priced and again the service was excellent. We had a complimentary massage which was good in the spa. The only thing that was not to a standard was the mini pitch and putt which was hilarious with a member of staff a golf bag with a mish mash of clubs, and a few small cones and lots of ants not for a serious game! (it was free).
