Hammam is super!
The massage is perfect!

Original setting for an exceptional experience inside a authentic riad.
We booked the Heritage Romance for 2 persons by email. Within the hour we received confirmation by mail and directions to get there (quite remote and not that easy to find)
Although seemingly expensive at first, after 3 hours of heavenly bliss, well worth the 1700MAD. We felt at no time like an item in a production chain (as we did in some other hammam’s). Everything done at our ritme with several drinks before, during and after each treatment. Treatment for 2 at this spa means each of us gets an individual lady for the treatments. No combined gommage (wash) for example but the full experience
A definitely must do establishment in Marrakesh

Probably one of the best Hamams and spas in town. Very professional and authentic. You will feel well cared for by the staff and owner. You won't have to bring anything, as the place has all the things you'll need.
The prices are great.

Very relaxing experience! Had hamman and massage at mad 650 per person.

For hamman: you can choose 1/2 soap, they clean hard on you and the room smells good rather than just a heated room. You get a mint drink after finishing it.

For massage: you can choose 1/5 scents of massage oils, the pressure is perfectly applied and the massage lady is helpful.

When you leave, they will give you a soap as gift.

This place is amazing. Very friendly staff to welcome you. They go through the experience with and help you decide which products you will suit you best. They give you complementary mint tea and biscuits as well as water throughout the experience. It's very very clean. As I wear the scarf they accommodated very well for me as they made sure that the male employees were out of the way which I really appreciated. Overall very relaxing place and I would highly recommend to get both a hammam and massage done together as it just makes then whole experience even more amazing!

Nice facilities. The skill level of the masseuse varies greatly. Request for someone more experienced if you can. I've been to a lot of massages (good and bad ones) and the girl I had here did NOT know what she was doing. My friend though had someone who knew exactly what they were doing.

So

I did give feedback to management and they took the comment gracefully. So kudos for that. Just beware that Your experience will vary based on who you get. Overall clean, well managed, and high service level.

We were a group of 8 from Jupiter, Florida. To say we were seriously happy with them would be an understatement. Best three hours every spent, their staff is fantastic and the treatments and accommodations are like none other we have ever experienced. They also connected us with a local shop owner who we purchased hand made lamps and chandeliers from (to be shipped back to the states at a later date). The most relaxing experience I have ever experienced, sorry for all the snoring half way through the treatment!!!! I highly recommend you come here.
