The riad and the rooms are very nice and clean and the housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful.
Locations is good if you want to be in the medina.
So that's the good things.
It was very loud in the evenings and nobody seemed to care.
If you called the reception, they sometimes didn't pick up the phone (even if you called again).
Breakfast is not even 4 star worthy. If you want to eat healthy, you almost have no choice. There are fruits to be fair but except for the grenadines it was old (we had nectarines twice, both rotten).
Pancakes or msemen was there but it was not fresh and warm, you had to heat it in the microwave.
I was deeply disappointed as in every cafe you can have better breakfast.
Would not return due to the above mentioned facts.

Fantastic Riad and great location being tucked into a quieter part of the Medina. Within a short walking distance of Jemaa el Fna and feels quite safe within reasonable hours (past midnight thru the early morning can feel sketchy). That said, staff is very helpful and more then willing to walk with you (or drive you on the back of a scooter) if seeking direction within a shorter distance. They can also arrange for any transportation if required but know that it will likely be at a premium to what you could get yourself. Very hospitable and flexible staff and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere made for a very pleasurable stay. Very good and high quality food and drinks including an extensive breakfast spread. I was also quite happy with the massage at their spa though it may have ended a few minutes early. Some may feel it falls just short of 5-stars with amenities being slightly lacking however service is easily of that standard and clearly a cut above other 5 stars in the Medina of Marrakech. Would definitely recommend and likely stay there again if choosing to stay in the Medina.

Summary : Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, great location in the old city. Highly Recommended.
My family and I stayed at the Riad Nashira & Spa in Aug 2022 for our summer hols.
Great location, whilst walking through the narrow old streets, entering through the traditional Moroccan door and then take a deep breath to admire the courtyards and amazing architecture. A lot of care, thought and detailing has been put into this Raid building.
The staff are equally very polite and knowledgeable. Everything felt very personal and all our needs were always catered for. We did ask many questions to the staff and they always had a smile and provided helpful information for our stay. +10/10.
We highly recommend the Riad Nashira & Spa for all who want to get a feel for the old city and stay in Marrakesh.

Riad Nashira is a beautiful, tranquil retreat from the craziness of Marrakech. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site hammam was wonderful.

You want ro relax? Get to the Nashira & Spa! Best place to enjoy Marrakech. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. SPA treatments are awesome. You won't be wrong in this place!

Beautiful - an oasis of calm in the midst of the souk chaos. Lovely pool but we went in December and it was rather too cool to use it. The spa was fabulous, definitely have a massage

J'ai séjourné dans votre Riad pour le week end malgré un gros retard de l'avion nous sommes arrivés a 1H du matin au Riad nous avons été très bien recu,le samedi en fin d'après midi nous avons effectués un hammam et un massage vraiment super!
Ensuite nous avions prévu de diner sur place la direction nous a demandé a quel endroit nous souhaitons prendre le repas .
Le patio semblait être un endroit vraiment agréable.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette soirée un service irréprochable , les cocktails, le repas excellent .
Le Riad est vraiment sublime très propre le personnel très agréable et souriant,un merci tout particulier au personnel de l'accueil car lorsque nous avons demandé de nous expliquer le chemin pour nous rendre sur la place Jamaa efna( environ 15/20 min a pieds) eh bien un personnel est venu nous accompagner a pieds et ça jusqu'à la place franchement un grand merci

Me and my husband stayed in Riad Nashira & Spa for our vacation in April 2015 for 8 days. This hotel is situated in Medina, it has a really great atmosphere, staff is always welcome and happy to help with any request. Frankly Riad Nashira in this regard is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Should you want a mountain trip or a bottle of special Moroccan vine or anything else, staff is helpful.
Location is great, because it is in the very heart of the old city with its unbelievable surroundings - colors, sounds, even noise at first sight, but in reality - extraordinary calmness. You can seat on the roof taking pleasure in looking at the amazing sunset and cats. You can walk the streets of Medina. You can go to Gueliz, the new city - it won't take long, taxi can be easily find in just 5 min walk from the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel for all travelers who want to feel real Marrakesh - friendly, hospitable and marvelous!

Amazing hotel. It has the best location, right in the Medina and the staff is incredibly nice. My only criticism, as small as it is, is the heated pool that was a bit too cold, other than that, I give it 5 stars.
