Good views. Large rooms but service isn't suitable for a five star hotel. Staff at the restaurant isn't warm. No service at table and when you ask a server to bring you something, you'll probably not get it as he would "forget it". A person nearby asked for a spoon and the guy told her there you are on the other table. I found it very impolite. Some friends reported that their rooms are not clean enough and sound isolation isn't top neither.
Thank you to all the staff who worked to make our stay very pleasant.
Would highly recommend this comfortable, clean hotel and delicious cuisine.
Special thanks to Rochdi & Nadia, waiters; Mohamed bar and Sherif concierge.
this hotel doesn't live up to the standards of 5 stars.. well 3 stars could be the right level for it. However, its built on huge area with nice design. reception staff were good. the international restaurant staff particularly the female was horrible .. maybe more training in area of use a good manners would be recommended.
rooms are big but furniture is old and not very clean. room facilities are ZERO compared to other 5 stars hotels. TV was not working and took them 2 days to fix the batteries. I wouldn't recommend this place for such high price as you can find much better hotels within the same range if not cheaper.
Fabulous!!! Had an amazing experience. Good is great, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly and facilities excellent.
Please look no further than Kenzi, 5 star experience.
A highly disappointing experience. Hotel to avoid at any costs!!!
First and foremost, lack of clarity on the website (mobile version does not work properly) at booking made us wrongly book for 1 adult. While it could have been easily managed at reception, management forced us to take an all inclusive package (difficult to argue or find another hotel on NYE). Management showed a lot of arrogance, shaky argument and lot of familiarity
Overall quality of services is rather bad. As we have been forced to take the all inclusive package, we tried it for lunch and food was a disaster Lunch is supposed to be served till 3pm but everything was cold at 2.30pm (with employees eating next to you in spite of taking care of the food for customers). In general employees were rather familiar struggling to speak decent French and in general poor English
Top management was clearly prioritising locals (step up the queue for tables, best seats reserved etc.).
Infrastructure is getting old (see picture). Some parts are falling apart.
Probably my worst hotel experience ever. A poor image of Morocco
On arrival at the hotel at around midnight we were checked in, the receptionist then pointed in the general direction of our room, it took us and another couple about 20 minutes to find our rooms (decent directions required)
We ordered room service, but had to wait an hour and a half for it to be delivered.
The room was a good size, with a very large and comfortable bed. The decor in the room was a bit tired, and in need of some attention.
Pool area clean and tidy, with a large pool ,all staff in this area very attentive and friendly.
The gentlemen that delivers the water arobics was excellent, and has a great rapour with the guests.
The majority of the waiters and bar staff were good at their jobs and appeared keen to help.
We enjoyed the evening entertainment in the bar area (singer and pianist) both were very talented.
Food was okay but a bit cold sometimes and repetitive.
The place has a very relaxing atmosphere about it.
A nice hotel just let down by some niggling touches. Food is pretty samey , and the bar staff can be a bit miserable. Good pools and no rush to get a subbed, excellent concierge service and very pleasant atmosphere. Well worth 4 stars. Not quite there for 5. Potential is there tho.
Very friendly staff, exquisite cuisine and beautiful hotel. A beautiful experience!! :-)
Lovely place. Its a French speaking hotel with the majority of the staff not being able to understand or speak English. Cocktails are not for the faint-hearted as they don't measure any spirits. The desserts are lovely and are the best thing apart from the views about the hotel.
It is difficult to get the local currency changed into smaller notes at the hotel or the shops within the hotel, however if you speak French you might be in luck.
You are not allowed to bring in outside food or drink into the hotel. Be warned they say room servuce is included if you're all inclusive, but if you order room service you will be charged-which is confusing.
The hotel excursions are good.
This place is okay. Our room has patches all over the wall. The sink doesn't drain. The staff gave us different pricing for the same thing and were confused when we told them about their discrepancies. The breakfast food is not at a level of a 5 star hotel. Pool is good and rooms are really big
Good quality resort-style hotel complex on the outskirts of town. Spent two nights due to cancelled flight. The rooms are massive and cool, and there is a nice pool (emptied the day after we arrived however). As with most all-inclusive resorts, the food is average, with a reasonable mix of international and local food. Great staff, but too far out of town for an authentic marrakech break.
Beautiful place. The rooms here are amazing. We stayed in a double deluxe room (believe this is standard?) and were astounded by the size of it . Huge queensize bed, huge balcany and bathroom. Very much lives up to its 5 star rating. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is lovely too. Pool area is also beautiful. The strange thing i found was that air con was not available in March; i found it too hot in the room at night!
Also you have to pay if you want to use the gym, indoor pool/ sauna! Odd !
Excellent experience. The best hotel Ive stayed in by far. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Be sad to leave.
Beautiful and friendly atmosphere with very professional services. The food is great .One of the nicest resorts with the most professional and helpful people. Always ready to help you with a big and real smile. They really make you feel at home. Five star hospitality! !!!!!
Far exceeded my expectation of a Resort for the price. Most staff are very friendly and helpful while only very few can be a little distant, which is still better than a lot of 5* hotels out there. In my experiences this is an excellent Resort hotel if not perfect, food are great, drinks are plentiful and fabulous entertainment through out the dinner services and evening bar. The most impressive thing is, although it is a super off-peak time for the hotel, all the service standards are still maintained extremely well. Two of the paid-for restaurant are more or less left empty as majority opted for the buffet that is included, but the food/table presentation and entertainment of the two are still wonderfully arranged as if they were fully booked. I am so glad that I chose this resort, as a matter of fact, while I am writing this review, I haven't even checked out yet!
Thanks for everyone that make it a very enjoyable holiday and I already look forward to returning soon.
Best experience ever. The hotel has everything you ever need and the staff is more than friendly, professional, experienced, qualified and happy to help you.
My husband and I have spent 4 lovely days here celebrating our marriage anniversary and we will definitely come back for holidays.
We strongly recommend this place and if you ever need something special talk to Mr CHERIFF. He has the ability to talk in 6 different languages , he can and will be able to make your visit extraordinarily special and organise all the things for you.
Enjoy!!!
And a big THANK YOU for everything
