  Cafe la Sima del Monte is a pleasant cafe on Avenue Imam Mouslim in Dradeb that is always sunny if you sit outside (there is an awning that makes it shady and protects patrons from any possible rain). Cafe la Sima del Monte is also the closest cafe to Merkala Beach, a short distance down the road.
  
  I discovered this place on my walks in Tangier in the Sidi Boukhari/"California" and Merkala beach areas near the bottom of the mountain.
  
  It is definitely one of the best cafes in the area, and the coffees and teas are excellent. The place is reasonably attractive inside, clean, and it has three flat-screen televisions for watching mainly football games, National Geographic or news.
  
  This cafe is not noisy inside, but it depends upon the sound levels of the three downstairs wall-mounted flat-screen televisions. All the seats are cushioned and comfortable. Best of all is the functioning WiFi that is variably strong. (Ask the waiter for the passcode.) The coffees, juices and mint teas are quite good.
  
  Upstairs is a mezzanine level that also has WiFi and the clean European-style toilets are located here. I had trouble finding the light switch when I needed to use the toilet, and there was no toilet paper available.

  Cafe gelegen aan de rand van de wijk.
  Een van de kortse cafes gelegen vóór de wandelroute langs de kust van Merkala.
  Rustg. Blijft redelijk laat open. Goede koffie.
