  Cafe Rosa on Avenue Imam Mouslim in the Dradeb-Ain Hayani area of Tangier, Morocco is, by far, the best cafe in this area.
  
  It seems to attract mainly a local crowd but it also appeals to passers-by who may just happen to be in the area who want to enjoy a coffee, tea or other drink with polite and swift service, two televisions and excellent WiFi.
  
  Inside it is attractive without being garish and it is immaculately clean. Cafe Rosa is efficiently run and has courteous and attentive waiters.
  
  It can be somewhat noisy inside when the two televisions are both on (news, films, National Geographic and of course football), but you can always sit outside and watch the traffic and passers-by and where it is a bit cooler.
  
  Upstairs on a mezzanine is the modern toilet. The free WiFi works well, even when sitting outside, and there is always a very reliable and strong connection.
  
  This cafe is owned by the well-known Madini family of Tanger perfumiers. It is ideal for people to have a coffee, breakfast, an English tea, traditional Moroccan mint tea or sodas, and the fresh fruit juices are also delicious.
  
  Cafe Rosa is, in my opinion, the best cafe in Dradeb on Avenue Imam Mouslim.
