We booked a double room online but the reception guy lead us to a room like this. After that we called the room service asking for a thermos and he said he will check however after 20 min waiting nothing happens. Very disappointed to this hotel. Don't recommend.

Pleasant hotel, mostly renovated inside. Claims to be a 4 star hotel but I wouldn't rate it any higher than 3 stars. Air conditioning and basin plug not working in my room and several of my fellow tour mates had issues (such as rooms not being ready on time when you try to book in).
Free coffee / tea / kettle not available in all rooms and coffee / tea not always replaced when room service tidies rooms
Free WiFi offers decent speed. Gym is tiny with just two treadmills and a bike. Not used often as special arrangements need to be made with management to open it. No towels or water available at gym.
Bar has basics available at regular bar pricing. Breakfast buffet is acceptable but nothing special.
Most hotel staff really struggle with English leading to long waits and misunderstandings as you wait for interpreters to become available.response / report this review -

I stayed here in March 2013 on My honeymoon, I have to say it was a fairly decent hotel even tho my wife did not enjoy the stay i very much loved it. I would recommend you this hotel.
