Nice hotel, good for travellers. The bathrooms are dated and have some fixtures that need replacing as well as cleaning the caulking around the bath/shower. The bedroom itself has been decorated tastefully with plush beds, curtains and decent furniture. The internet is more than decent throughout the hotel areas, and the rooms all come with a safe included.

There is a restaurant downstairs as well as a bar with alcoholic drinks (credit card accepted). The reception can arrange a taxi to the airport if needed (300MAD).

Other reviews mentioned mold in the bathroom, ours did not have mold but there were stains around the tub which has seen better days. If you have been staying in some more 'traditional' accomodations in old cities across Morocco the hotel will more than match any expectations.

The good: Wi-Fi was decent. The food was decent too. Three types of beer to choose from, big enough rooms and bath, it can be clean with enough effort.
The bad: Needed to change the room because of the mold in the bathroom (or the shower in the mold). Too many small things needed to be replaced or repaired - small mirror stolen, towel holders, some lamps.
Stayed twice for one night. The second time the room was much better than the first one. We got used to the marrocan lodging, I guess, also.

Big rooms. Big bathroom. Water gets everywhere when you shower since the shower curtain only covers half the shower area and there is no drain in the bathroom floor so the water just pools.

Terrible rip off from staff on car rental. No heat in room . No kettle for hot water. Had to pay 125usd for a new mirror that was already scratched and messed up when I got the car. .boutlane car. Sent a bunch of thugs to pick it up and pressured me as initially they wanted 300usd for a new right hand mirror. Three big guys Like mafia style. Counter staff was very rude on last stay for one night. No seemed to be to only thing coming out of their mouths

A busy transit hotel for tourists. Right in the busy down town area. Almost non existent parking. The traffic has to stop for you to get down particularly if you in a bus or van. Crowded and cramped lobby. Rooms are small but well kept and clean. An average restaurant. You have to just step on to the street to get just about anything. Even the metro tram is at the door step.

Clean, good location, adequate for the moneythe catch perhaps the worst customer service. My mom was visiting my husband and I from Americawhile me and my husband were waking in the head of security yield at my husband and asked him what his business was in this hotel. Insulting and embarrassing. Watch out who you stay with here.

If standard of the room at the moment it was built was four stars it doesn't mean that it will stay like that forever. Probably the head of the hotel didn't realaized it yet. If the floor and bath in any hotel is unclean, it does mean something Is wrong right? Guys let's do general reaserch of the rooms cuz even curtains was dirty. What a fail! Damn I was was in simply marokanian cheap hostel and even there was clean. I strongly don't recommend.
