  8Unqualified staff working at the check in counter.
  
  I have booked online the flight At 451 oud_cmn for my wife. When she went to check in counter, the lady working there she refuse to do the checkin, explaining that she need another booking code from royal air maroc, they keep her waiting for one hour the wife called me telling me what happening. She passed me the lady in the phone. When I ask her for her name she hang up. That was really rude, it was only 10 min left to do the check in, after a while another lady come saying oh I remember u nd your husband u always travel with us.ok don't worry I will give u the boarding pass nothing is wrong with eticket my colleague she is new
  .any way she catch the flight in the last 5 min.
  If u have to travel from oujda just be prepared for unexpected things u may face with those people there, they are not qualify at all to do the job,
