Absolutely dreadful service, I missed my flight. They pretty much laughed in my face. The passport control wasn't good upon arrival..long wait in line with about 9-10 agents present in separate booths that were not working efficiently and were sitting, and talking and not to a patron.

When I was departing the instructions on where to go were not clear. I arrived with a friend and their brother and I stood in the wrong line for a while looking around for someone to assist me and then went to an Air France window where I stood a short period with someone waitingbin from of me but kind od standing to left and airlort employee just sitting and didn't acknowledge me. I wenny to stand back in the other line where I was before and ai should mention I arrived at 5:55 a.m. for a 7a.m. flight. I checked-in online with Air France the evening before and had a confirmation of this..all I needed was a Boarding Pass because my bags were going to be on ther flight with me yet that didn't happen. I spotted a woman or female employee walk up to the desk next to line I was standing in and I left my friend to wait in line for me while I tried to seek assistance from her and she pointed me back to the employee sitting down behind the window who didn't acknowledge me earlier so I went back to him. This time he looks up and states that I'm late and they stopped at 6 when my checkin confirmation says boarding is at 6:30 a.m. and I explained to him that I had been there but was in the wrong line and he acted like I wasn't relevant and says it's a small airport and asked if he was supposed to look for me in the airport..He also states that if some man was getting coffee should he go look for him there. This experience to say the least has been horrible. I'm not used to traveling and this is like the third airport (same flight) I have been in.. the smallest ..and worse service.

Another greedy pourly equipped airport, just selling overpriced goods. The human right to drinking water ignored, polluting the planet by selling it in one use plastic all in the name of making a profit.🤑👹😱

Absolutely dreadful service, I missed my flight. They laughed in my face and spat at me and provided no solution nor help. They did everything in their hands to make the situation more complex. They asked for 3 grand to call customer service. When I told them I don’t have that money they told me to get my non binary ass out of here but I’m actually transgender. They didn’t spare me the privilege of calling me it they called me them/they. I find this very offensive and rascit to the transgender community. The toilet cleaner was smoking crack in the toilets and would give me a shot just because I’m transgender. This is absolutely disgusting.

Don’t get scammed by taxi drivers they’ll charge you 150/200dhs to city center. Theres a bus arrive after every flight. You just have to wait for it. For 20dhs you’ll get to city center.

Nice and Calm.. But!!!! They dont have plastic tax free bags so if you want to buy some wines and change plane you are screwed. They have small bags which covers half the bottle so it looks like a joke. And it is.

took a uber from Rabat city center to this airport, which cost 50 Dirhams, much cheaper than taking a taxi. The airport is a little bit small.

The Moroccan government has a neat policy. Once you get through security at the airport, you're not able to use the local currency for purchases. Neither are you able to exchange them for a currency that is accepted. So you're stuck holding paper that isn't legal tender abroad having paid for it with negotiable international funds. It's tantamount to theft, an undisclosed tax on foreign nationals.

A clean efficient airport which due to its small size enables rapid processing of passengers through security. As at all Moroccan airports the staff are polite, helpful and smart.

Quick immigration, small but comfortable airport. As usually don't get scammed by taxi drivers. There is information table with fixed prices inside the terminal - use it for negotiations (picture attached)

Worst airport I ever been in my life, unfriendly staff, unfair policemen, endless queues, none who speak English. Brace yourself to take off with huge delay. Avoid it absolutely.

If I could give this place a minus star I would do exactly that. Staff here are disgraceful they don't know how to treat people they have no idea of what real customer service is. Zero satisfaction. You find stuff chewing chewing down and rolling their eyes to you when they don't agree with something you say violin on the desk with their elbows and talk to you with their palm on their cheeks I can't understand how anyone would employ these types of people again absolute disgrace they need training and the management is to blame because if this was overseen properly this will not happen I came here to head back to the uk and was over weight by 1 kg I was charged 1000dh for 1kg I asked if I could remove the weight but the lady on the desk put my suitcase on the conveyor and allowed it to ride away then told me I have to pay I told her I need to remove the stuff and she said if I remove the stuff is going to text to long and I won't be getting on the flight I got into a big argument because I refuse to pay the money it was like £100 for 1 kilo extra what I found was very unfair I went to the desk where you pay and I was told by one of the members of staff that I will need to pay she then a process supervisor who said I need to pay 1000dh the time now for some really dragging and I was going to miss the flight the ends I got the money and paid the money so I don't miss the flight staff that work for royal Air Morocco are an absolute disgrace and if I could avoid using the service I definitely will disgusting I don't recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy

Great airport but since a year now for security reasons only passengers with an airplane tickets can enter the airport! Really disappointing, I can't believe that our family or friends have to wait for us and say goodbye outside ! What a shame

Excellent airport facilities and very quick service from check in to boarding gate. New, small and modern airport which is 10 minutes from Sale-Tabriquet train station (between 80 and 100 dirhams by taxi).

However, please AVOID cafe Paul. We ordered a salmon and spinach quiche, a croissant jambon fromage and mint tea - none of which was heated up appropriately and the tea pot was heated up on a grill, making the contents luke warm at best. Overpriced and incompetent staff. Unfortunately the other airport cafe is of the same level. Some quality control is seriously required as such a service is unacceptable, especially for the higher airport prices that we have to pay.
