I was there with my friend couple days ago. We both ordered Jack Daniel's burgers. Jack Daniels sauce and fries on side were really tasty , but burger was super dry. I had feeling like they cooked this meat yesterday and today just warmed it up. I said about my situation to waitress, she said she will tell about it to manager. So we were sitting for like more then 5 minutes , finished our drinks and didn't get back any message from waitress or manager. I asked another guy to bring us bill , we paid and left. Poor experience. I Had before in another Friday's restaurants in another countries , always had good experience.

Nice place to eat well and relax. Casual diner.
Very friendly staff and they knew what to recommend. Pasta was good! Prices very reasonable!

Excellent place if you like to eat an American food in Riga. The huge recommendation for their own special sauce! Here you can also watch sport at same time you eat.

Burger was nowhere near medium, staff didn't even know about the happy hour and they mixed up our drink order. 2 stars because our waiter was polite and drinks were good.

on my last trip to Riga i wanted to eat some very nice food took a cab from my hotel to the old town. i asked the taxidriver during the trip a place he could recommend and he took to Friday's and it was an experience i never forget not just for the excellent steak i ate there but for the whole place atmosphere it was loud music from the second floor with laughing shouting people i was Halloween so it became a very pleasant meal for me 40 euro for a Mojito a steak so tender that you could almost been drinking that too. and a couple of beers, and the event was magic. so the day after i brought my friend to Friday's to and enjoyed the meal with me he ordered the steak as i told him to do and i ate a burger so we are two who has eaten probably the best steak ever so i recommend T.G.I. Friday's to all if you ever go to Riga don't leave without a checking out Friday's

Less than average burger.
The bun was dry and break up with the sauce. The taste of the burger was like you buy the frozen cheap in the supermarket.
Fríes were ok.
Price was ok if it was worth it.
The place itself is very nice.
Maybe it’s only this portion?
Sorry, but this is my experience.
Disappointed.

Extremely poor service. They forgot about their happy hour offer and no apology. The free cocktail didn't contain alcohol. We had to literally chase the server. Can't have medium cooked meat, despite offers on the menu. Overpriced. Never going back

I have shared my feedback with their head office, based in Texas. They got back to me on 31st August thanking for the feedback and offered $10 voucher which expires on 30th August. I flagged this to them, but they never got back to me. I presume this is the way this company operates.

Skilled and service-set waiter. Waited about 15min for food. I did not like the wait staff hung around main entrance, smallchat and play fighting around our table. Resturang was then acting a bit unprofessional. The food was good. The burgers were a bit low in salt, and the steak was not tender. Low value for the price. Also the card terminal did not work. Meal on picture cost 50euro.
