Beautiful place that reminds me of a psychedelic trip from some old childrens movie. The food is overly pricy for being the cold, doughy and overcooked messes they were.
This place is a disgrace for using the word pelmen on something this tastless. Visit for the appearance if you like weird, but don't think you'll enjoy any pelmenis here.response / report this review -

A hidden treasure in the tunnel of of Riga Central Staion. Dont miss it ! Great lunch or hangover food. Fantastic choice of pelemeni/ Russian style dumplings (ca 15 different).
Be sure to choose the ones served in the soup, the best with lost of smetana and garlic.response / report this review -

Those ravioli (also known as pelmeni) were barely warm and literally tasteless. Definitely not worth the price. You'd better to grab some extra large kebab for the same money at any other place nearby.

It's a fast food place located inside the train station (in fact it's under the railways). You can have soup and/or dumplings (price depends on the weight of your dish: 200g=2.4€). You are allowed to mix different kind of pasta with several sauces. Employees don't speak much English, but they are very helpful. I recommend it if you want a cheap and quick meal.
