  Very disappointed! Staff was very incorrect, not with us, but I have watch when administrators disrespectful behaved with tipsy client. For such big hotel just two free parking spaces?!?! Not even stop place for check in front door! Room was clean, but very hot! Air conditioning not working. Breakfast 9.30 was cold and no choice! I even have to ask water! It was my the worst hotel in Riga!

  Sort of old World elegance. The staircase with inlaid Windows on each landing are really beautiful.
  Good food and drink, excellent location beside the old town. All public transport at your door, bus, trams and railway make this a great place to stay. Bedrooms good size with ensuite

  Really nice hotel with extremely helpful staff and a wonderful breakfastbut if you’re staying in a room that overlooks the street prepare yourself not just for tram noise but vibrations that can be felt, even in bed.

  Very nice hotel at an excellent location, 5mins walk from the old city and its attractions. The executive suite was large with a separate living room and very clean & tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the average breakfast & restaurant but overall a very nice hotel that I'd recommend.

  Nice rooms but personal had hard time understanding english, got handicaproom but ordered a superiorroom. I got compensation though. Breakfast ok, nothing special.

  Clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff. A bit on the noisy side as the hotel is next to a main road. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
