  It's okay 5 star hotel with nice historic building and personnel with good attitude. However the experience was not as polished as would have hoped and experienced in the best 5 star hotels. Some stuff was clumsy, some cigar smoke sneaked to the room, sauna was not hot and spa seemed like derelicted. Location is superb.
