I rented a car there last month, service was ok, but only after driving away I noticed that the tank wasn't completely filled. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card with 180€ although I returned the car full and in perfect condition. Upon calling, no one seemed to know or care, no one responded to my emails and even the booking website cannot tell me the reason for charging me this amount. This is not the way to run a legal business. A complete disgrace!

Using Add-Car service for over 2 years now and never had any problems, service has always been kind and with personal approach. See you again when I plan my new trip! And yes thanks for the help on my last trip!!

Good cars, perfect service. I never had such a fast check out and check in. And they drive you from the airport to the parking lot and then back with all your bags. Very comfortable. Will use again
