The hotel was in a good location. That was positive.

For negative sides I would tell that our first room which was Superior double room on the 5th floor, it was dirty. In the room under the heaters were ramen noodles, wine stains on curtain, other curtain had a cigarette hole in them.
White leather sofa had some 3D stains on them. There were stains on the wall.

When I went to inform the administrator, then she upgraded our room to junior suite. For the first glampse the suite was neat, bit in the evening when we used lamps, we saw stains on the walls, dripping liquid marks under the desk where the trashbin was. Also the tonics were outdated in both rooms.

Breakfast was sort of okay. Coffee tasted like the regular 3in1 type.

Bed was very hard and the music (from a nightclub?) Made sleeping very hard. The noise is probably something the staff has no control over. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was very central in old town.

Gay-friendly, central, clean, comfortable, near bus station. Couldn't get more central. Nice and clean..but that horrible carpet has got to go. Breakfast could do with better veggie options.

Significantly too noisy. Was awaken several times per night by loud drunks on the street, despite the ear plugs. Can't recommend it

Great room, well appointed with good bathroom and rocking chair. The main issue is that the bed is like sleeping on a rock. It was so hard and uncomfortable. I found sleeping on the rocking chair preferable. But room was great. Food decent and staff friendly.

Very nice hotel with Huge rooms and well decorated. The mattress was awesome I had a hard time to wake up ! A must try if you go to The center of Riga !
