The customer service is incredibly bad. They charge extra 30 minutes for even 1 minutes delay irrespective of fact they have lines at the cashier desk. The time they calculate includes standing in line to get your coats. I was charged for 30 extra minutes overtime, even though I was late by 5 minutes standing in their ques and they were closing in 10 minutes. They are thugs. Refused to give first aid bandaid to my kid, the service manager said she cannot see blood on the cut therefore she won't apply the first aid to my son. Incredibly bad service. Thugs. Pity, the place is not bad but the people are unprofessionals

The waterpark is fun and safe. It was quite cool in the park and the showers and dressingroom is for both men and women at the same time. Shower cabins didn't had the hooks or shelves to put stuff. It is a huge reason why people just put on their swimming clothes and just rinse themselves with water only.

Amazing place to spend time. There are several big and medium size swimming pools, several saunas and exciting waterslides. Highly recommend!

Brilliant slides for all levels. Plenty of areas and activities for kids of all ages. The water was a bit over chlorinated and showed on the eyes and skin

Quite decent. Has a proper and good customer service and social services etc. If i had a chance to go for a vacation, that's definetly a place i would gladly visit again. People are also nice, social atmosphere is very relaxed and during summer its like an European version of Dubai. Superb place, just astonishing.

A bit pricey but food inside is cheap. Came on the weekend, about 1h wait. Priority is given to the coach travellers

Loved the bar in the water. Pictures are not allowed, can buy them on exit made by staff and they are not cheap. Great day out in general;happy boys. 3+

Līvu akvaparks is, by far, the coolest and most exciting water park and fun area in the Baltics. However, unfortunately, it is located in Jūrmala, this beautiful Russian-Latvian seaside resort. Jūrmala runs a big extortion scheme ("city tax"). Each and every car entering the town has to pay 2 EURO. If visitors of Līvu akvaparks fail to pay, since they don't want to enter the town or use the beach as such, they will get fined on the parking. Be careful!

Best aquapark but its kinda not cheap cuz when I was 9 I had to pay 75€ but when I'm 13 I only need to pay 41€ plus the red pipe is the fastest!!!!!!!I recomend

No slides for children under 120cm and absurd and strict restrictions like 115cm child with parent in a tube is forbidden but 120cm child who can't swim can go alone.
No ordinery waterslides (besides a couple outside) where you do not need a tube for sliding.
So as my son was not forbidden to slides and the tubes were too heavy for my daughter, we sat the whole time in the baby pool.
It sticked out that the lines for the atractions were very long. I guess for some attractions people waited for ~40min. However the first hour after the opening the situation was quite calm.
Summary of our stay: A total waste of money.
It would help a lot, if the waterpark had any kind of information about the slides at the entrance or free wifi (as our visit was more like a spontaneous), so that the visitors could acknowledge a bit earlier, that this waterpark is not meant for families with smaller children.

€57 entrance fee for a 5 year old, his 20 year old cousin and myself.
Not much for Children under 120cm to do.
For the slides you have to line up twice, once to get a matt and then again to go on the slide.

Best aqua park in Latvia. Includes many slides, tubs, jacuzzi, spas, eatery, bar and pools. 25 euro for adult for 4 hours is more than enough for anybody.
