Staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help with locating different touristy ideas. Room was one of the largest I have seen while traveling in Europe. The hotel is right in the heart of town and very easy to get to everything to sightseeing. Room had a full kitchen and a large bathroom and even an outdoor patio area. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The food is very delicious and beautifully presented. The waitress could be a little bit more welcoming. We were a little irritated as she took away my plate as soon as I dropped the fork ad also when my husband was still eating. The prices are good and not too expensive for the quality.

Very good boutique hotel. Beautifully renovated old townhouse, centrally located and a few steps from the main highlights. Very recommendable. Fine breakfast. Good service. Excellent rooms.

The restaurant is really terrific. Very tasty food - the vegetarian pasta was perhaps the best I have ever had. Friendly staff as well.

This hotel is great. Staff is really friendly, nice and polite.
Breakfast was tasty with a large variety.
The room was great. It was large and clean with a sofa and two beds as well as a deal for you to place your laptop on or simply sit and read a book. The room had a small kitchen which was really helpful.
And not to forget - the location which is simply amazing, the hotel is close to everything!

We were here last Tuesday and we had the most amazing meal of our holiday.
The dishes were just perfect: right size, well-finished arrangement, reasonable price and just delicious.
We sat inside, it was quiet as I like and the waiter was friendly.
After the dinner we were just happy.

Stayed here for three nights with our baby. Everything was immaculate. The room, the service, the cleaning, the breakfast. The building is so very beautiful just like the surroundings. We loved it and would never stay anywhere else in Riga.

Great features:
Location- in the center of the city, waking distance to most places.
Service - every single person we talked to were great and helpful.
Rooms - very nice mix of old architectural elements and new style. Stylish, large, unique.
Breakfast - complete, with some unique items and great service. Great setting. But missing background music for our liking.
Internet-fast and easy connection.
Check-in - was fast and efficient, very friendly and helpful. Main lobby missing background music or waterfall sounds for our liking.
Full mini kitchen in the room.
Full bathroom amenities.

Poor: sauna is not hot enough, barely warm. But open 24 hours.

Over all an amazing hotel with top notch service and style. Highly recommend.

Tips: ask front desk to turn on heated floors in the bathroom right away.
Need to reserve spot for sauna in advance.
Convenience store is 2 short blocks away - open late, great for families with children to get milk and yogurt.
Very limited parking around hotel - check with hotel in advance.
Ask for street view suite - very quiet street and good windows with sound isolation.

The hotel is located at the old city near many local hot spots, it provides good rooms and warm welcoming, the food was little pale and not very fresh but it was not a problem for me as I almost never enjoy breakfast in Europe. The rooms are large too bad the television does not offer English channels.

Ate here on a Monday evening in January. We had booked a table but the restaurant was fairly empty. The food and service were very good although at times we felt slightly rushed. Beautiful decor and good value considering that this is a highly rated restaurant.

Ideally placed hotel in very heart of Riga Old town. Nice rooms, great views, good restaurant and good atmosphere. Only one pitfall - parking is few hundred meters away.
