Lovely place with kind staff, everytime I entered, I got a smile, clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Located near the park and the Old town. Keep up the good work, it doesn't go unnoticed!

Hotel is old but renovated. As a person who likes new, modern and stylish places it wasn’t ideal for me. Staffs are good they can be more professional though.
Room was very small and as it is located next to street so it is a little noisy.
Beds are clean but carpets need more attention.
Bathroom is clean but ventilator was not working and bathroom became steam sauna room.response / report this review -

Really nice hotel near to the old town of Riga. Comfortable rooms and friendly service. Good breakfast, but could start 30 minutes earlier for business guest.

Very nice location, at the edge of the UNESCO protected Old Town Riga, just a minute walk from the main landmarks. From outside the building looks bigger than what is impression once you enter the corridors and rooms that are rather small but tidy. Very good meeting package. Food in the restaurant nice, tasty and nicely arranged. Breakfast good with a lot of choices so not to get bored if you stay more than couple nights. My suggestion: if the price range allows you, GO FOR IT!

First of, the pillows are amazing and they gave us free cakes on arrival. Great location amazing breakfast all the way until 11 AM!! Make sure you book double not twin if you are a couple. Staff are really helpful and responsive to any requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Riga.

Room was OK and the location is fine, but not too impressed by their service. Last stayed there in June 2016 and we had rather unpleasant check-in. When we arrived the receptionist was giving poor advises to another guest (e.g. on question whether amber is pricey, reply was along the lines that not as pricey as diamonts) and ignoring us. Finally when we got served, we checked-in and paid as we were told that as soon as room is ready we need to drop by for the key, otherwise everything is settled. When we returned, we faced a large group being checked in and again the receptionist ignored us and the whole check-in of the group looked rather messy (nothing like: Hello, sorry, I will give you my attention in few minutes or sorry, gentlemen would you mind if I give keys to this couple before proceeding with your check-in). It was only after 10 minutes of my upset look and after other guest saying to his mates: "Let's give a forehand to this couple", that the receptionist looked at us and upon reminder that we just need a key gave it to us, which took just a few seconds. In general a number of newer hotels in Riga seem to recruit young staff by looks not by their professionalism, the result is rather vulgar and non-professional service.

A nice hotel right on the edge of the Old Town overlooking a park right next to the Freedom Monument. The hotel was very clean and quiet, I had the Business room. The room was a bit small but has everything needed. Breakfast until 10:00, acceptable, though not outstanding. There is an underground Europark right next to the hotel, 24 hours was EUR 15.-.

Really great hotel. Great location and it is near the old town of Riga. Clean and nice room and great breakfast. You can find cheaper hotels, but this is worth it's money.

Excellent Hotel. Great location between the Old & New towns, nice modern rooms, very helpful and attentive staff and very well priced. Couldn't fault our stay (2 nights at beginning of June, 2016).
