  While they are technnically good and offer good customer services a few events over the past years justify the average rating:
  1. When switching from summer to winter tires I was once contacted by the garage to explain me that I needed to buy different bolts. Back then I did not know that I had been bamboozled as the same bolts can be used
  2. When leaving my car for its yearly check-up, I often get it back and the garage did not check or replaced all burnt out lights. Every two years or so I end up at the mandatory technical control with comments because of a lamp burnt out, litterally one or two days after the car came out of the garage.
  3. I noticed when switching my tires that when the garage handles the replacement they did not bother to properly remove traces of rust or apply water-repellent grease.
  
  Overall, I keep relying on their services because my car runs well and their expertise delivers on technical parts which are out of my grasp. However numerous smaller quirks (which generate unnecessary costs and delays) prevent the experience from being good. I stay in this garage for lack of a better place.

  Garage a éviter, déjà lorsque l on dit bonjour la plupart ne réponde pas la secrétaire parle très mal au client .
  Très mauvais accueil
  
  J ai fait effectuer une révision en forfait on me rajoute un nettoyage de freins avant en plus sans me demander mon accord.
  
  Je paye la facture a la secrétaire qui m explique la facture mais sans savoir vraiment ce qu elle dit on voit très bien qu elle ne connais pas grand chose. C est moi qui doit lui soufflet les bons mots.
  
  Le pire c est que deux jours après les plaquettes sont sur la ferraille , du coup disques et plaquettes avant a remplacer , la voiture a 40.000 km.
  
  il s agit quand même d un organe de sécurité!!!!!
  
  je ramène la voiture chez collé concession Ford également il démonte une roue est me montre que aucun nettoyage n a était fait ,est que tout est a remplacer Je ne remettrai plus la voiture chez pirsch . ( je n ai plus aucune confiance au garage pirsch )
  
  je tiens a remercié le garage collé de m avoir pris sans rendez vous ,tes bon accueil, service au top ils ont gagné un nouveau client :-)

  I've been client in this garage for about 6 years now and after purchasing a car a month ago I can just say 'screw you'.
  
  Service après vente is bad (can't even handle the simple request to make my brakes stop squeaking). And if you buy a car they'll do everything possible make you regret your purchase (unrealistic delivery dates, uncongenial salesmen, not even winter tires or interior rugs are offered, ).
  
  I will only say this: this garage is 5 meters from my working place and I'm sincerely considereing going to other mazda vendors/mecanics with the nearest being about 30km further away.
  
  Enough said.

  I purchased a young second hand Mazda 626 from a company. I called garage Pirsch and asked if they could register the car and at what price!
  The female employee was very arrogant and said with a TERRIBLE attitude "if you have not purchased the car here, we don't do it"
  I said, "but I would also use your garage for regular maintenance "
  She bluntly replied "non"
  No friendly word, no advice, not interested in having me a a client for servicing the car !
  NEVER again ! Client service : ZERO
