  I've been a customer of theirs for 5 years now and the staff are very helpful and professional and there were never any issues. This is a very welcome change from the way Mercedes Benz treat their customers and do their work.

  may be I met the wrong person or he had a bad day, but the workshop on two occassions denied obligatory free Audi Service for an almost new (3 months old) Q7 purchased in another European country
