  Sales staff is definitely not the most friendly and competent one. They either don’t understand what you’re asking them or try to sell you something you didn’t requested. Ex. I needed some DryLube for my chain, and the lady behind the counter didn’t understand what I was looking for, even after a few minutes of explaining her the difference between a spray, grease and dry lube! I don’t think she ever rode a bike …
  Another time I wanted to buy a small aftermarket windshield for my naked bike. Instead of simply selling me the item, the sales commented “typically. First they buy a naked bike and then they add a windscreen because of the wind. “ I ride ALL day in every weather condition 23000km a year and it’s my damn business if I want a bit of protection from the rain!
  Never again.
  There are definitely better stores to go for….

  Bad customer service. It seems as they are not interested to sell. They survive only given the limited options available in luxembourg.

  No replies to mails. No help in the shop unfriendly as hell. so I highly recommend to go somewhere else ! (Nice garage in Windhof or Schifflange or Mersch) !!!
